Abstract
Mutu pendidikan yang baik akan mampu meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang ada. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan pengelompokan mutu pendidikan jenjang SMA di Indonesia menggunakan metode Fuzzy C-Means dan dilanjutkan dengan analisis pola hubungan antar standar nasional pendidikan menggunakan metode Strustural Equation Modelling – Partial Least Square. Hasil klaster terbaik membagi mutu pendidikan menjadi empat kelompok. Sebagian besar Sekolah Menengah Atas di Indonesia sudah tergolong cukup baik dan perbandingan status sekolah negeri dan swasta pada masing-masing klaster tidak begitu signifikan. Mutu pendidikan di Indonesia terbilang belum merata karena masih ada beberapa provinsi yang memiliki proporsi sekolah cukup banyak pada klaster terendah. Pada analisis SEM terdapat beberapa pola hubungan yang tidak signifikan pada masing-masing klaster. Adanya pola hubungan yang tidak signifikan bukan berarti tidak bagus, namun kemungkinan tanpa adanya pengaruh dari variabel lain, variabel tersebut sudah baik.

Good quality education will be able to improve the quality of existing human resources. In this research, a grouping of quality education for senior high schools in Indonesia will be conducted using the Fuzzy C-Means method and continued with an analysis of the relationship patterns between national education standards using the Strustural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square method. The best cluster results divide the quality of education into four groups. Most senior secondary schools in Indonesia are classified as good enough and the comparison of the status of public and private schools in each cluster is not very significant. The quality of education in Indonesia is considered uneven because there are still several provinces that have a large proportion of schools in the lowest cluster. In SEM analysis, there are several relationship patterns that are not significant in each cluster. The existence of an insignificant relationship pattern does not mean it is not good, but it is possible that without the influence of other variables, the variable is good.
