Abstract

Variasi
waktu perendaman memberikan pergeseran sudut puncak yang kecil
sehingga hasilnya mirip dengan substrat. Waktu deposisi menunjukkan
semakin lama perendaman maka kontur permukaan semakin halus,
tinggi kontur dan ukuran kekasarannya berkurang. Pada serbuk TiO2,
waktu deposisi menunjukkan bahwa semakin lama perendaman semakin
kecil luas permukaannya, tetapi volume pori, diameter pori dan ukuran
partikelnya semakin besar.
resistivitas

Synthesis of a thin layers of gas sensor has done using a chemical
bath deposition (CBD) method with its precursors TiCl3 with urea and
ammonia to increase the pH. Soaking time varied for 2, 4 and 6 hours
using alumina and FTO substrate. From the test results obtained that
TiO2 on FTO and alumina substrates tacked on very thin even not
tacked on. Submersion time variations provide a small peak angle shifts
so that the result is similar to the substrate. The time of the deposition
shows the longer the time of immerse, the smoother the surface contour
becomes, also the contour height and coarseness is reduced. On TiO2
powder, the deposition time shows that the longer the time of immerse,
the less the surface area becomes, but the volume of pores, the diameter
of pore and the size of the particle are getting bigger. The result from
gas sensor testing using alumina substrate is overload and the results
using FTO substrate resistance is very small and resistivity response
doesn’t happen.
