Abstract
Proses pembuatan profil hanger pada UKM Panji Surya Sampurna proses dilakukan secara manual. Cara manual ini membutuhkan tujuh proses bending dalam satu siklus pengerjaan yang membutuhkan waktu cukup lama. Oleh karena itu dirancang alat bantu untuk mereduksi proses pembentukan profil. Konsep desain mesin bending profil melingkar dan v pada sisi hanger memanfaatkan punch and dies dalam proses pembentukan. Pergerakan punch ditunjang oleh sistem transmisi diantaranya dua pasang roda gigi, gearbox, dan belt pulley yang menerima daya dan putaran dari motor listrik AC. Arah putaran motor listrik dikontrol oleh sistem kontrol. Dari hasil perencanaan dan perhitungan didapatkan spesifikasi transmisi diantaranya roda gigi lurus dimana pinion dan gear modul 4,5 dengan diameter luar 121,5mm dan 184,5mm, gearbox tipe vertikal dengan rasio 1 : 50, dan pulley 3 inch dengan dua alur yang dihubungkan dengan sabuk v dengan rasio 1 : 1. Sebagai sumber daya dan putaran digunakan motor listrik AC 3 phase 1,5 HP dengan putaran 1400 rpm. Untuk pengaman putaran punch digunakan dua sensor limit switch

The process of making profile hanger on the UKM Panji Surya Sampurna processes was done manually. This manual requires seven process bending in one cycle of workmanship which takes quite a long time. Therefore the tools designed to reduce the process of establishment of the profile. The concept of design a circular bending profile and v for side hanger used punch and dies in the process of forming. The punch supported by a system for transmitting including two pairs gears, gearbox, and belt pulley receiving resources and the rotation from an electric motor AC. The round of electric motor controlled by control system. From the planning and calculation obtained specifications transmission of them gears straight where pinion and gear module 4,5 in diameter outside 121,5mm and 184,5mm, gearbox type vertical with ratio 1: 50, 3 inch and pulley with two groove connected with a v with ratio: 1 1. As a resource and round used by electric motor AC 3 phase 1,5 HP with arround velocity 1400 rpm. For safety arround punch of die use two censor limit switch.
