Abstract

==================================================================================================================== Reclamation is a human attempt to address the limitations of existing urban land. In a further development of the region used for the construction of urban facilities, residential or ports. Lamong Bay development plans that increase the capacity of loading and unloading, container terminal and multipurpose terminal is feared to have a negative impact on the pattern of flow and sedimentation in the Lamong Bay. The impact of sedimentation is feared to cause silting of river shipping channel in the Strait of Madura. This final project examines changes in flow patterns that occur in the Lamong Bay as a result of reclamation with parameter flow velocity that occurs at each point and each alternative design review reclamation is modeled with SMS 11.1. The pattern of flow and sediment transport that occurred in the Lamong Bay change. The amount of sediment in the existing condition -638.33 m3. Sedimentation volume difference before and after reclamation in the Lamong Bay divided into several alternative designs, alternative design 1 obtained difference -20.9 m3, and -41.7 m3 obtained for alternative 2. Although sedimentation is negative, or in other words erosion, but the number that occurred is not significant.
