Abstract
Rumah sederhana tipe 36 merupakan rumah yang banyak digemari
masyarakat karena harganya relatif terjangkau, apalagi jika berkonsep modern.
Namun pada rumah sederhana tipe 36 ini luas lahan yang dapat digunakan untuk
dapur sangat terbatas, sehingga aktivitas memasak menjadi kurang optimal. Dapur
pada rumah sederhana atau yang setara dengan rumah tipe 36 memiliki ukuran
dan layout yang berbeda yaitu 1,5x 2m, 2 x 2m, 2 x 2,5m, 2 x 1,75m, 1,5 x 1,5m.
Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara pakar, serta
observasi terhadap 5 denah / layout. Selanjunya menganalisa layout dapur dan
aktifitas sehingga didapatkan kebutuhan pengguna dapur. Berdasarkan analisa
tersebut maka kitchen set ini didesain dalam bentuk – bentuk modul, yang
sekaligus memberi nilai tambah secara estetika.
Hasil akhir yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah kitchen set modular
dengan sistem knockdown yang dapat ditempatkan pada seluruh luasan dapur
pada rumah sederhana dengan luasan 4 – 5m² atau yang biasa terdapat di rumah
tipe 36. Kitchen set ini juga dapat menampung peralatan makan dan masak agar
aktivitas tidak melebar pada ruang lain

Simple house type 36 is a much-loved home communities because they are
relatively affordable, especially if modern concept. But in this simple house type
36 land area that can be used for kitchen is very limited, so the cooking activity to
less than optimal. The kitchen in a simple house or equivalent type 36 houses
have different sizes and layouts is 1.5x 2m, 2 x 2m, 2 x 2.5 m, 2 x 1,75m, 1.5 x
1.5 m.
Data collection was done by means of expert interviews, and observations
of the 5 floor plan / layout. Furthermore, analyzing the layout of the kitchen and
the activities the user needs to obtain the kitchen. Based on this analysis, the
kitchen set is designed in the form of modules, which also provide added value
aesthetically.
Final results generated from this study is a modular kitchen set with
knockdown system that can be placed on the entire area of #8203#8203the kitchen
in a modest home with an area of #8203#82034 - 5m² or the type commonly
found in the home 36. Kitchen sets can also accommodate cutlery and crockery so
that activity not just wide in the other room
