Abstract

Jamur tiram dapat ditumbuhkan pada media lignoselulosa
yang banyak ditemukan sebagai limbah berkayu, seperti kayu
sengon dan ampas tebu. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan
pemanfaatan ampas tebu sebagai media alternatif pada budidaya
jamur tiram (Pleurotus ostreatus) yang dicampur dengan kayu
sengon, dengan variasi ampas tebu dengan kayu sengon yaitu
0:100 (kontrol), 25:75, 50:50, 75:25, dan 100:0. Kandungan kadar
mineral jamur tiram diukur dengan menggunakan instrumen ICPMS

(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry). Jika
ditinjau dari nilai angka kecukupan gizi (AKG) dan batas ambang
toleransi konsumsi mineral, maka variasi 25% menunjukan
variasi yang memiliki kadar kandungan terbaik dan aman dalam
tubuh yakni kalium sebesar 15745mg/kg, 240 mg/kg magnesium,
1290 mg/kg mineral fosfor, 917 mg/kg natrium, 9605 mg/kg
kalsium, 5606 mg/kg besi, dan 14,01 mg/kg mineral seng.
Rekomendasi konsumsi kedua berturut pada variasi 50% dan 0%

Oyster mushrooms can be grown on lignocellulosic
media which are found as woody waste, wood crate sengon
and bagasse. In this study conducted by the utilization of
bagasse as an alternative medium in cultivation of oyster
mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) mixed with Falcata, with
variations bagasse with Falcata namely 0:100 (control),
25:75, 50:50, 75:25, and 100:0. The content of mineral
content was measured by using oyster mushrooms ICP-MS
instrument (Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry).
If the terms of the value of nutritional adequacy rate (RDI)
and mineral consumption tolerance threshold, then the
variation of 25% showed variation levels and secure the best
content in the body of potassium 15745mg / kg, 240 mg / kg
of magnesium, 1290 mg / kg mineral phosphorus, 917 mg / kg
of sodium, 9605 mg / kg of calcium, 5606 mg / kg of iron, and
14.01 mg / kg mineral zinc. Recommendations second
successive consumption in variation 50% and 0%
