Abstract
Bertambahnya jumlah kendaraan di jalan raya Kota Jakarta tidak sesuai dengan
kapasitas jalan yang tersedia, maka tidak heran setiap hari kita mendengar kota ini selalu
mengalami kemacetan. Sebenarnya jumlah transportasi umum di Jakarta merupakan
yang terbanyak dari seluruh penjuru Indonesia, tetapi masih banyak orang yang lebih
memilih menggunakan kendaraan pribadi baik itu motor maupun mobil sebagai alat
transportasi sehari-hari karena mereka merasa lebih nyaman dan aman.
Menanggapi hal itu, pemerintah kota telah berencana untuk merevitalisasi seluruh
angkutan di Jakarta menjadi lebih baru, bersih dan nyaman. Tetapi memperbaiki kondisi
angkutan juga harus diiringi dengan memperbaiki kondisi terminal yang merupakan pusat
angkutan umum.
Terminal Kampung Rambutan sebagai salah satu terminal besar di Jakarta sudah
terkenal dengan ketidak teraturan dan kumuh nya. Menurut rencana pemerintah kota,
terminal ini akan didesain ulang untuk kenyamanan bersama. Sehingga diharapkan,
proyek ini dapat memberi gambaran terhadap pemerintah nantinya.

The increased number of vehicle on the Jakarta City's highway are not in
accordance with its capacities, the result is Jakarta known as the most crowded city in
the country. The highest number of public transportation in Indonesia located in its
capital city, but unfortunately the citizen prefer to use their private vehicle, either
motorcycle or car as their daily transportation with comfortable and safety as the reason.
In response, the government had planned to revitalize the entire Jakarta's public
transportation to become newer, more clean and comfortable. But also improve the
conditions of the public transport must be accompanied by improving the condition of
the terminal which is a public transport hub.
Kampung Rambutan terminal as one of the major terminals in Jakarta has been
famous for its irregularity and rundown. According to the plan of the city government,
the terminal will be redesigned for comfort along with a new concept. Hopefully, this
project will provide an overview of the government.
