Abstract

Setiap aset di ITS yang sudah tidak berfungsi dengan baik, harus dilakukan penghapusan. Hal ini karena aset tersebut sudah tidak mendukung proses pengelolaan manajemen di ITS. Apabila tidak dilakukan penghapusan, maka data aset tersebut masih akan tercatat dalam laporan pertanggungjawaban keuangan, yang membuat data pada laporan keuangan dan data di lapangan tidak sinkron.
Dalam penghapusan aset harus dilakukan dengan prosedur yang sesuai. Barang yang telah dihapus dari e-Asset akan disimpan dalam gudang penyimpanan, sebelum akhirnya dilakukan proses penghapusan lebih lanjut. Hal yang perlu diperhatikan selain prosedur penghapusan aset adalah ketersediaan tempat pada gudang penyimpanan. Terbatasnya ketersediaan area / gudang penyimpanan penghapusan aset, membuat barang yang sudah terkumpul tidak dapat tersimpan dengan baik. Selama ini proses penghapusan dilakukan secara manual. Hal in membuat kinerja mejadi lebih lambat. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, maka diperlukan adanya sistem barcode penghapusan asset ITS.
Dengan adanya website BARET yang dibuat dengan menggunakan framework laravel ini, akan memudahkan proses pencatatan dan validasi aset yang akan dihapus melalui fitur barcode-nya. Serta dengan adanya fitur pengecekkan ketersediaan area gudang, dapat meminimalisir risiko aset yang tidak dapat tersimpan dengan baik di gudang. Melalui website BARET yang dibuat ini, diharapkan pekerjaan yang berkaitan dengan proses penghapusan aset dapat dilakukan lebih mudah dan lebih efisien. ===================================================================================================================================
Every asset in ITS that is no longer functioning well should be erased from the system. This is because of the asset is no longer support the management process management at ITS. If no deletion is carried out, then the asset data will still be recorded in the report financial accountability, which makes the data on financial reports and data in the field are out of sync with the real condition. There is a procedure that needs to be followed in order to delete an asset. Items deleted from e-Asset will be stored in the warehouse before finally carried out for a further deletion process. Things that need attention other than the asset deletion procedure is the availability of space in the warehouse. Limited availability of storage area/warehouse makes items that have been stored cannot be stored properly. Before the making of this application, this deletion process is done manually. This manual process results in slower performance. That is why it is necessary to have a barcode system for asset deletion in ITS.
The BARET website created using the Laravel framework aims to make it easier to record and validate the deleted assets using the barcode feature. Furthermore, the warehouse availability checking feature can minimize the risk of assets that cannot be properly stored in the warehouse. BARET website hopes that works related to asset deletion can be done more manageable and more efficiently.
