Abstract

PT Telekomunikasi Direktorat Digital Business Indonesia merupakan BUMN yang bergerak dibidang jasa layanan telekomunikasi dan jaringan di wilayah Indonesia. Sebagai Perusahaan Pioneer di bidangnya diperlukan adanya pengambilan keputusan yang tepat dan matang serta dipertimbangkan dari berbagai aspek yang ada. Serta dengan banyaknya customer PT Telkom baik dari instansi pemerintahan, perusahaan swasta maupun perorangan membuat PT Telkom harus memberikan pelayanan cepat dan tepat. Agar keputusan yang tepat bisa diambil dalam pelaksaan proses bisnis, maka diperlukan data-driven decision yang sesuai dengan fakta di lapangan dan bisa menghasilkan insight data yang berguna kedepannya. Maka dalam prosedurnya, diperlukan pengambilan data-data publik external yang bisa menghasilkan insight baru, serta diperlukan prosedur pengolahan data-data tersebut, seperti preprocessing data yang ada dengan hanya mengekstrak informasi yang penting saja. Selain dari ekstraksi data external, diperlukan juga pengolahan yang sesuai dengan data yang ada, dikarenakan jumlah data yang banyak dan besar.

PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia's Digital Business Directorate is a BUMN engaged in telecommunications and network services in the territory of Indonesia. As a Pioneer Company in its field, it is necessary to make correct and mature decisions and to be considered from various existing aspects. And with the large number of PT Telkom customers from government agencies, private companies and individuals, PT Telkom must provide fast and precise service. In order for the right decisions to be made in implementing business processes, a data-driven decision is needed that is in accordance with the facts in the field and can produce useful data insights in the future. So in the procedure, it is necessary to collect external public data that can produce new insights, and procedures for processing these data are needed, such as preprocessing existing data by only extracting important information. Apart from external data extraction, processing is also needed in accordance with existing data, due to the large and large amount of data.
