Abstract
Direktorat Pascasarjana dan Pengembangan Akademik merupakan salah satu direktorat di Bawah Wakil rektor Bidang Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan yang dibentuk sesuai Peraturan Rektor ITS No 24 tahun 2019 tentang Orgaisasi dan Tata Kerja ITS. Kantor Direktorat Pascasarjana dan Pengembangan Akademik terletak di Gedung KPA Plasa Dr. Angka Lantai 3, Kampus ITS Sukolilo, Surabaya.
Kerja praktik yang kami lakukan di Direktorat Pascasarjana dan Pengembangan Akademik adalah membuat Sistem Informasi Beasiswa dan Kerjasama yang digunakan untuk menyimpan data beasiswa dan kerjasama dalam lingkup Direktorat Pascasarjana dan Pengembangan Akademik. Sebelum adanya sistem informasi ini, ITS belum mempunyai sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai tools untuk monitor beasiswa dan kerjasama. Untuk itu, permasalahan yang muncul untuk diselesaikan dalam KP ini adalah bagaimana membangun sistem informasi kerjasama akademik dalam menampung dan mengelola beasiswa dan kerjasama akademik. Kami menggunakan framework Codeigniter dan database MySQL dalam membangun sistem ini.

The Directorate of Postgraduate and Academic Development is one of the directorates under the Deputy Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs which was formed in accordance with ITS Chancellor Regulation No. 24 of 2019 concerning ITS Organization and Work Procedures. The office of the Directorate of Postgraduate and Academic Development is located in the KPA Plasa Dr. Building. Number 3 Floor, ITS Sukolilo Campus, Surabaya.
The practical work that we do at the Directorate of Postgraduate and Academic Development is to create a Scholarship and Collaboration Information System which is used to store scholarship and collaboration data within the scope of the Directorate of Postgraduate and Academic Development. Before this information system existed, ITS did not yet have an information system that could be used as a tool for monitoring scholarships and cooperation. For this reason, the problem that arises to be resolved in this KP is how to build an information system for academic cooperation in accommodating and managing scholarships and academic cooperation. We use Codeigniter framework and MySQL database in building this system.
