Abstract
Gedung ini adalah sebuah sekolah dan sekaligus juga sebagai hotel yang
terdiri dari satu tower yang didirikan dengan perencanaan struktur beton bertulang biasa. Tower ini terdiri dari 9 lantai dengan 1 lantai dasar sebagai lantai parkir. Dalam hal ini penulis mencoba merencanakan gedung ini dalarn bentuk tugas akhir untuk memenuhi salah satu syarat dalam rnenyelesaikan pendidikan Tahap Sarjana pada Fakultas Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya. Selain itu tugas akhir ini dibuat untuk mempelajari perilaku struktur gedung
dengan perencanaan struktur beton bertulang biasa dengan daktilitas terbatas dengan perencanaan yang sama dengan struktur garnbar asli. Perencanaan meliputi perencanaan struktur sekunder seperti pelat, balok
anak, tangga, pelat lantai dasar dan struktur utama seperti balok induk, kolom, shearwall serta struktur bawah seperti pem.ilihan tiang pancang, poer dan sloof dengan mengacu pada SKSNI T-15-1991-03 dan peraturan-peraturan penunjang lainnya. This building is both a school and a hotel
consists of one tower which was erected with the usual reinforced concrete structure planning. This tower consists of 9 floors with 1 ground floor as the parking floor. In this case, the writer tries to plan this building in the form of a final project to fulfill one of the requirements in completing a Bachelor's degree education at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, Surabaya. In addition, this final project is made to study the behavior of building structures
with the design of ordinary reinforced concrete structures with limited ductility with the same planning as the original garnbar structure. Planning includes planning of secondary structures such as plates, beams
steps, stairs, basement slabs and main structures such as main beams, columns, shearwall and substructure such as selecting piles, piles and sloof by referring to SKSNI T-15-1991-03 and other supporting regulations. At the end of the planning, the calculation results are written in the form of a design drawing
