Abstract
Setiap bank jelas memiliki data nasabahnya di database. Tentunya bank perlu mengetahui nasabah yang masih tunggak pembayaran kartu kreditnya. Bank juga perlu data pengurangan nasabah yang tagihannya lancar tiap bulan untuk diprediksi agar dapat menghindari tunggaknya pembayaran nasabah. Maka dari itu perlu adanya pengolahan data untuk menghitung pengurangan nasabah yang tagihannya lancar tiap bulan.

Each bank clearly has its customer data in the database. Of course, banks need to know customers who are still in arrears for their credit card payments. Banks also need data on the reduction of customers whose bills are current every month to be predicted in order to avoid delinquent customer payments. Therefore, it is necessary to process data to calculate the reduction in customers whose bills are current every month.
