Abstract
Pekerjaan proyek saat kegiatan kerja praktik dimulai adalah pekerjaan struktur atas lantai 5 dan pekerjaan proyek saat kerja praktik selesai adalah pekerjaan struktur atas lantai 17. Dimana pekerjaan tersebut meliputi Pekerjaan pembetonan kolom, balok, pelat, tangga, dan shearwall tiap lantainya, serta pemasangan tower crane. Proyek apartement Tamansari Prospero Tower Beatus merupakan salah satu proyek pembangunan dari 3 tower apartemen lain. Owner dari proyek ini adalah KSO WIKA GEDUNG - KAHURIPAN NIRWANA. Tower Beatus memiliki nilai kontrak Rp. 106.500.000.000. Direncanakan proyek akan selesai dalam 570 hari kalender dengan masa pemeliharaan 180 hari kalender. Tower Beatus memiliki luas bangunan ± 23.258 m2 dan 27 lantai dengan lantai atap, serta tinggi total bangunan 145 m.
