Abstract
PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras adalah perusahaan logistik yang sudah mengimplementasikan ERP berbasis Cloud dan menghabiskan dana cukup besar. Dengan nilai dana investasi yang tidak sedikit, perusahaan perlu memastikan keamanan dan kehandalan dari TI/SI yang digunakan. TI/SI itu harus mampu memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis perusahaan, mampu mengurangi resiko sabotasi data yang penting, data hilang, gangguan layanan dan manajemen yang buruk dari TI/SI. Oleh karenanya, muncul urgensi untuk melakukan pengendalian internal atas proses TI/SI yang berjalan.
Tujuan dari penelitan ini adalah mengaudit TI/SI untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan (Capability Level) pengelolaan TI/SI yang merupakan kesatuan dari fungsi audit umum, sebab audit TI/SI akan menentukan kualitas informasi yang diproses oleh komputer dan infrastukturnya.
Framework yang digunakan adalah COBIT 5, yang dipilih sebagai pedoman terbaik dan lebih lengkap dari framework lain dalam bidang manajemen TI/SI (Sutikno, 2014). Penelitian ini dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi Enterprise Goals dengan AHP untuk memilih domain COBIT 5, kemudian dilakukan survey kepada narasumber yang diklasifikasi menggunakan Decision Tree dan akhirnya diperoleh Capability Level dari tiap domain.
Hasil yang diharapkan adalah mampu mengidentifikasi skor Capability Level, kemudian memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan menggunakan perspektif IS Balance Scorecard dan dapat memberikan manfaat kepada pihak perusahaan untuk meningkatkan keamanan dan kehandalan tata kelola TI/SI.

PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras is a logistics company that has implemented cloud-based ERP and spent quite a lot of money. With a large number of investment funds, companies need to ensure the safety and reliability of the ERP used. ERP must be able to meet the company's business needs, be able to reduce the risk of sabotaging important data, lost data, service disruptions, and poor management of IT systems. Therefore, there is an urgency to exercise internal control over the ongoing IT / SI processes.
. The purpose of this research is to audit IT / SI to determine the Capability Level of IT / SI management, which is an integral part of the general audit function because IT / SI audits will determine the quality of information processed by computers and their infrastructure.
The framework used is COBIT 5, which was chosen as the best and more complete guideline than other frameworks in the IT / IS management field (Sutikno, 2014). This research begins by identifying Enterprise Goals with AHP to select the COBIT 5 domain, then surveying the resource persons and obtaining the level of each domain.
The expected result is to be able to identify the Capability Level score, then provide recommendations for improvement using the IS Balance Scorecard perspective, and can provide benefits to the company to improve the security and reliability of IT / IS
