Abstract
PT. Liku Telaga merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang
industri kimia dasar dengan produksi asam sulfat dan aluminium sulfat. Agar mampu
memproduksi suatu produk yang sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen, PT. Liku Telaga
ingin melakukan perbaikan terhadap salah satu proses produksi yang selama ini berjalan
diperusahaan, yaitu bagian pengadaan. Hal ini berkaitan dengan proses pemilihan
supplier untuk pengadaan bahan baku dalam proses produksi.
Permasalahan yang dihadapi pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana menentukan
pemilihan supplier dan alokasi order yang sesuai dengan kriteria perusahaan. Metode
Fuzzy-Quality Function Deployment digunakan untuk mengukur performansi supplier
dan goal programming untuk menentukan alokasi order ke supplier. Tujuan dalam
penelitian ini adalah agar mampu menghasilkan solusi optimal dalam pemilihan supplier
penerima order yang memenuhi beberapa fungsi objektif yang sesuai dengan kriteria
perusahaan dalam mengevaluasi supplier.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah jumlah alokasi order ke supplier sulfur: (1)
Standart Chemical Corp. PTE.LTD sebesar 3.646,7 ton, (2) PT. Lautan Luas sebesar
803,3 ton, (3) PT. Yosomulyo Jajag sebesar 300 ton, (4) CV. Archindo sebesar 150 ton,
dengan minimal total harga pembelian sulfur sebesar $ 513.720. Alokasi order ke
supplier aluminium hidroksida: (1) Bisindo Kencana sebesar 3.000 ton, (2) Hindalco
Industries limited sebesar 1.114 ton, (3) Sumitomo sebesar 1.946 ton, (4) Chemindus
SDN BHD adalah sebesar 890 ton, dengan minimal total harga pembelian aluminium
hidroksida sebesar $ 2.137.578

PT. Liku Telaga is one of the companies engaged in chemical industry
production base with sulfuric acid and aluminum sulfate. To be able to produce a
product according to customer's spesification, PT. Liku Telaga wanted to make
improvements in the process, especially in procurement division. It relates to the
process of selecting suppliers for the supply of raw materials in the production
process.
Problems encountered in this study is to determine the supplier selection and
allocation of orders in accordance with the company spesification. Fuzzy MethodQuality Function Deployment is used to measure supplier performance and goal
programming to determine the allocation of orders to suppliers. The purpose of this
research is to be able to meet optimal solutions in selecting suppliers accordance to
company criteria.
The results of this study is to count the allocation order to the supplier of
sulfur: (1) Standard Chemical Corp.. Pte.Ltd of 3.646,7 tons, (2) PT. Lautan Luas of
