Abstract

Menjaga kualitas produk dalam kondisi yang baik merupakan faktor penting untuk kelangsungan bisnis perusahaan. Terdapat beberapa masalah yang dihadapi dalam proses produksi yaitu adanya produk defect yang mengharuskan adanya rework dalam rangka memperbaiki kualitas. Hal ini menandakan bahwa proses produksi masih kurang baik sehingga perlu adanya peningkatan kualitas. Metode problem solving Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadatch (TRIZ) digunakan dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas proses produksi. TRIZ memiliki keunggulan tools pada tahap analisis yang berdasarkan kontradiksi dan mengoptimalkan kontradiksi tersebut untuk mendapatkan solusi inventif. Untuk meningkatkan keunggulan dan menghilangkan kelemahan dari TRIZ, dilakukan integrasi dengan tools peningkatan kualitas lain. Pada penelitian ini, Quality Assurance Matrix (QAM) digunakan untuk menutupi kelemahan TRIZ pada tahapan preprocessing sebagai metode untuk mengidentifikasi prioritas defect pada proses produksi. Sedangkan Transition Tree (TT) digunakan untuk menutupi kelemahan TRIZ pada tahapan post-processing yaitu untuk memberikan gambaran perubahan ketika solusi inventif TRIZ diimplementasikan. Penerapan integrasi metode untuk peningkatan kualitas dilakukan pada studi kasus proses drilling dalam stasiun kerja assembly composite fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP). Pendekatan menggunakan metode-metode diatas menghasilkan 2 usulan solusi permasalahan, yaitu mengganti sistem drilling dengan Electro Chemical Discharge Machining (ECDM) dan mengatur parameter pemesinan seperti cutting speed, feed rate dan point angle menjadi lebih optimal. Integrasi TRIZ, QAM dan TT berhasil menghasilkan proses pencarian solusi yang lebih sistematis untuk produksi yang berfokus pada defect produk berdasarkan kontradiksi, sehingga membuka perspektif baru dalam konsep peningkatan kualitas yang efektif dan inventif.

Maintaining the products quality in good condition is an important factor for the company's business continuity. There are some problems faced in the production like the defective products that require rework to improve its quality. This kind of situation indicates that the quality of production process is not good enough, so it needs to be improved. Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadatch (TRIZ) is a problem solving method used in order to improve the quality of the production process. The TRIZ method has the advantage of tools at the problem analysis stage based on the existence of contradictions and optimizing these contradictions to get an inventive solution. To improve the advantages and eliminate the weaknesses of TRIZ method, integration is carried out to develop a quality improvement model. In this study, the Quality Assurance Matrix (QAM) method is used to cover TRIZ's weaknesses in the preprocessing stage which useful as a method for identifying priority defects that occur in the production process. Transition Tree (TT) is used to cover the weaknesses of TRIZ at the post-processing stage which is to provide an overview of changes in the system when the inventive solution by the TRIZ method is implemented. Implementation of integration methods for quality improvement is carried out through case studies on the drilling process in an assembly of composite fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) work station. The approach using the methods above resulted in 2 proposed solutions to the problem, namely replacing the drilling system with Electro Chemical Discharge Machining (ECDM) and adjusting machining parameters such as cutting speed, feed rate and point angle to be more optimal. The integration of TRIZ, QAM and TT has resulted in a more systematic solution finding process for production that focuses on product defects based on contradictions, thereby opening up new perspectives on the concept of effective and inventive quality improvement.
