Abstract

Sejak Indonesia dilanda pandemi COVID-19, banyak rumah tangga perikanan di pesisir Indonesia terkena dampaknya. Oleh karena itu dilakukan analisis dampak pandemic COVID-19 terhadap kesehatan dan perekonomian rumah tangga perikanan daerah pesisir Pantai Kenjeran, khususnya kelurahan Kedung Cowek, Bulak, Surabaya. Tugas Akhir ini akan membahas faktor penyebab menurunnya kesejahteraan rumah tangga perikanan beserta probabilitasnya, risiko dampak COVID-19 kesejahteraan rumah tangga perikanan dan merekomendasikan mitigasi dalam menghadapi pandemic COVID-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) dan Event Tree Analysis (ETA). Hasil analisis adalah terdapat 21 faktor penyebab kesejahteraan rumah tangga pesisir Pantai Kenjeran menurun, yang dapat dikelompokkan menjadi 2 intermediate event yaitu pendapatan rumah tangga perikanan menurun dan kesehatan&keamanan rumah tangga perikanan menurun. Probabilitas kesejahteraan rumah tangga perikanan menurun sebesar 0.0171212. Kesejahteraan rumah tangga perikanan menurun memiliki risiko Pendapatan Rumah Tangga Perikanan tidak mengalami penurunan dalam pendapatan dan tidak ada penyebaran COVID-19, dengan probabilitas risiko sebesar 0,0052 dan memiliki tingkat risk index medium. Berdasarkan analisis ini, pihak-pihak pemangku kepentingan (stakeholder) dalam pendapatan dan kesehatan rumah tangga perikanan seperti pemerintah, akademisi (universitas/institusi), dan rumah tangga perikanan mempunyai peran-peran dalam memitigasi dampak dari COVID-19.

Since Indonesia was hit by the COVID-19 pandemic, many fishery households on Indonesia's coast have been affected. Therefore, an analysis of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic was carried out on the health and economy of fisheries households in the coastal areas of Kenjeran Beach, especially in Kedung Cowek Village, Bulak, Surabaya. This final project will discuss the factors that cause the decline in fisheries household welfare along with their probability, the risk of the impact of COVID-19 on the welfare of fisheries households and mitigation warnings in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used is the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and the Event Tree Analysis (ETA). The result of the analysis shows that there are 21 factors that cause household welfare in Kenjeran Beach to decline, which can be grouped into 2 intermediate events, namely decreasing fisheries household income and decreasing fisheries household health & safety. The probability of fishery household welfare decreases by 0.0171212. Decreasing welfare of fishery households has a risk that fisheries household income will not experience a decrease in income and there is no spread of COVID-19, with a risk probability of 0.0052 and having a medium risk index level. Based on this analysis, stakeholders in fisheries household income and health such as government, academics (universities / institutions), and fisheries households have roles in mitigating the impact of COVID-19.
