Abstract
Pembuatan model tiga dimensi dapat diambil dari
Detailed Engineering Design. Pada pembuatan tugas akhir ini penulis menggunakan metode pure 3D cadastre yang menyatakan volume digunakan sebagai entitas dasar dari kadaster, suatu hak
atas tanah tidak dapat dikenakan pada bentuk persil tanah saja namun pada bentuk volume [14]. Pemodelan tiga dimensi bertujuan untuk mengerintegrasikan objek yuridis dengan objek
fisik sesuai undang-undang nomor 20 tahun 2011. Berdasarkan pasal 1 ayat 7 Undang-Undang nomor 20 tahun 2011, Rumah Susun Grudo merupakan Rumah susun umum yang diselenggarakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan rumah bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah. Rumah susun sederhana sewa Grudo, berdasarkan peraturan Walikota nomor 24 tahun 2019 merupakan Rumah Susun Sederhana Sewa yang dikuasai oleh pemerintah Surabaya. Rumah susun termasuk kedalam Kadaster tiga dimensi yang dikembangkan untuk tujuan hukum, model data kadaster saat ini hanya mewakili objek hukum, dan tidak diintegrasikan dengan bentuk fisik. Rumah Susun Grudo memiliki 97 unit rumah susun. Lantai 1 terdiri atas Ruang BLC, Ruang Panel serta Genset, Ruang Tidur Penjaga, Kantor Kelurahan Dr. Soetomo (Sementara), Ruang Serbaguna, Musala, dua Lokasi Parkir Sepeda Motor, Perpustakaan, Gudang, sebuah satuan rumah susun, dan Ruang Pengelola Satuan Rumah Susun, Lantai 2-4 Terdapat 72 unit rumah susun dengan 3 tangga setiap lantainya dan di lantai 5 terdapat 24 unit. Bagian atap terdiri dari dua genting, tiga tandon air, dan bagian atap. Rumah Susun Grudo terdiri atas 5 lantai, 108 ruang yang terbagi atas 11 bagian bersama berupa ruangan, 12 benda bersama berupa tangga, 2 benda bersama berupa dua genting, 3 benda bersama berupa 3 tandon air dan 97 satuan rumah susun.

Three-dimensional modeling can be taken by Detailed
Engineering Design. In the making of this final project the author
uses the pure 3D cadastre method which states that volume is used
as the basic entity of the cadastre, and land right cannot be
imposed on the form of land parcels only but on the form of volume
[14]. Three-dimensional modeling aims to integrate juridical
objects with physical objects according to law number 20 of 2011.
Based on article 1 paragraph 7 of Law number 20 of 2011, Grudo
Flats are public flats organized to meet housing needs for lowincome people. Based on the simple apartment for rent in Grudo
is a simple based on Mayor regulation number 20 of 2016 is a
simple rental apartment controlled by the Surabaya government.
Flats belong to a three-dimensional cadastre developed for
juridical purposes, the current cadastral data model only
represents juridical objects was not integrated with physical
forms. Grudo Flats has 97 apartment units. The 1st floor consists
of the BLC Room, Panel Room and Genset, Guard Bedroom, Dr.
Soetomo (Temporary), Multipurpose Room, Musala, two
Motorcycle Parking Locations, Library, Warehouse, a flat unit,
and Management Room, Floors 2-4. There are 72 apartment units
with 3 stairs per floor and on the 5th floor there are 24 units. The
roof consists of two roof tiles, three water reservoirs and a roof
section. The Grudo Flats consists of 5 floors, 108 rooms divided
into 11 shared sections in the form of rooms, 12 common objects
in the form of stairs, 2 common objects in the form of two tiles, 3
objects together in the form of 3 water reservoirs and 97 units of
flat
