Abstract

Di Indonesia masih terdapat banyak perlintasan sebidang, yaitu antara jalur kereta api dengan jalan raya. Hal ini yang akan menyebabkan kemacetan. Kemacetan tersebut diduga dikarenakan lama waktu penutupan pintu palang, sehingga menyebabkan kendaraan harus terhenti untuk beberapa selang waktu. Bila volume kendaraan yang mendekati lintasan tersebut sedemikian besar, maka akan menimbulkan panjang antrian yang cukup berarti. Selain itu, perlintasan kereta api sebidang yang terletak di dekat persimpangan bersinyal dapat mempengaruhi kinerja persimpangan bersinyal.
Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengurangi penyebabnya dengan cara melakukan optimasi kinerja persimpangan yang disimulasikan dengan cara memvariasikan waktu siklus persimpangan agar mendapatkan panjang antrian yang paling kecil dan dilakukan juga analisis harapan masyarakat terkait lama waktu penutupan palang perlintasan kereta api. Sebelumnya, dibuat dua model hubungan antar variable, yaitu model pertama adalah hubungan antara panjang kereta api, lama waktu penutupan perlintasan, dan kecepatan kereta api dengan menggunakan metode regresi berganda dan model kedua adalah hubungan antara lama waktu penutupan perlintasan dan panjang antrian dengan menggunakan metode regresi sederhana..
Dari penelitian ini, hasil yang didapatkan, yaitu model regresi hubungan antara lama waktu penutupan perlintasan sebidang dengan panjang kereta api memiliki pengaruh positif. Namun, kecepatan kereta api memiliki hubungan negatif dengan lama waktu penutupan palang perlintasan sebidang. Sedangkan model regresi antara lama waktu penutupan perlintasan sebidang dengan panjang antrian kendaraan memiliki pengaruh yang sangat kuat pada masing – masing arah. Kemudian dari optimasi waktu siklus dengan simulasi lalu lintas didapatkan hasil waktu siklus sebesar 90 detik, yang mana mampu mengurangi 13.30% panjang antrian di setiap pendekat. Selanjutnya nilai probabilitas harapan masyarakat yang menginginkan waktu tunggu selama 25 detik sebelum kereta api melintas lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan nilai probabilitas harapan masyarakat yang menginginkan waktu tunggu selama 35 detik sebelum kereta api melintas.

In Indonesia, there are still many level crossings, namely between railways and highways. This will cause congestion .The congestion was allegedly due to the length of time the gate closed before the train crossed the crossing and when the train crossed the crossing, causing the vehicle to stop for some time interval. If the volume of vehicles approaching the track is so large, it will cause a significant queue length. In addition, a level railroad crossing located near a signal intersection can affect the performance of an intersection.
Based on these problems, it is necessary to conduct research to reduce the causes by optimizing the performance of the intersection which is simulated by varying the cycle time of the intersection in order to get the smallest queue length and also analyzing the expectations of the community regarding the length of time to close the railroad crossings. Previously, two models of the relationship between variables were made, namely the first model was the relationship between the length of the train, the length of the crossing closing time, and the speed of the train using the multiple regression method and the second model was the relationship between the length of the crossing closing time and the queue length using the regression method. simple
From this research, the results obtained are the regression model of the relationship between the length of time to close a level crossing with the length of the train has a positive effect. However, the speed of the train has a negative relationship with the length of time to close the level crossing bars. Meanwhile, the regression model between the length of time for closing level crossings and the length of the queue of vehicles has a very strong influence in each direction. Then from the optimization of cycle times with traffic simulations, the result is a cycle time of 90 seconds, which is able to reduce 13.30% queue length in each approach. Furthermore, the expected probability value of the community who wants a waiting time of 25 seconds before the train passes is higher than the probability value of the community's expectation who wants a waiting time of 35 seconds before the train passes.
