Abstract

Persaingan dalam dunia bisnis semakin kompetitif, perusahaan harus dapat bertahan dan beradaptasi dengan cara meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk mereka. Salah satu faktor untuk dapat memuaskan konsumen yaitu dengan meningkatkan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Kualitas produk didapatkan dari manajemen rantai pasok yang baik. Salah satu fungsi utama manajemen rantai pasok yaitu aktivitas pembelian barang atau juga biasa disebut dengan pengadaan dari pemasok. Pentingnya aktivitas ini membuat kinerja antar pemasok harus dievaluasi agar tetap menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas. Namun, PT INKA (Persero) belum melakukan hal tersebut, sehingga PT INKA (Persero) membutuhkan atau penilaian yang jelas dalam melakukan pengadaan. maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pengukuran kinerja pemasok dari PT INKA (Persero) dengan kriteria dan subkriteria yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Metode yang akan digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan scorecard pemasok. Metode AHP digunakan untuk mengetahui bobot kriteria dan subkriteria yang nantinya akan dibuat scorecard pemasok. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan 8 kriteria dan 21 subkriteria yang digunakan untuk melakukan penilaian pada pemasok.

Competition in the business world is increasingly competitive, companies must be able to survive and adapt by increasing consumer satisfaction with their products. One of the factors to be able to satisfy consumers is by increasing the quality of the products produced. Product quality is obtained from good supply chain management. One of the main functions of supply chain management is the activity of purchasing goods, also known as procurement from suppliers. The importance of this activity makes the performance between suppliers must be evaluated in order to continue producing quality products. However, PT INKA (Persero) has not done this, so PT INKA (Persero) needs or a clear assessment in carrying out the procurement. Therefore, this study aims to design a supplier performance measurement system from PT INKA (Persero) with criteria and sub-criteria in accordance with company needs. The method used in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the supplier scorecard. The AHP method is used to determine the weight of the criteria and subcriteria which will be made a supplier scorecard. The results of the study resulted in 8 criteria and 21 subcriteria which were used to evaluate suppliers.
