Abstract

Privet merupakan sebuah bisnis yang bergerak di bidang fashion utamanya sepatu wanita yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 2018. Bisnis ini lahir dari salah satu mata kuliah di Manajemen Bisnis ITS yaitu Penciptaan Usaha Baru, yang kemudian bisnis ini diajukan sebagai skripsi berbasis bisnis. Rangkaian capaian kontrak dari skripsi bisnis ini sudah berhasil dipenuhi oleh Privet. Dimulai dari keikutsertaan dalam berbagai pameran yang telah diikuti Privet, mulai dari Wosca 7th yang di selenggarakan di Atrium Tunjungan Plaza 2, kemudian event pameran di Chamelleon Hall Tunjungan Plaza 6, pameran Penciptaan Usaha Baru dan pameran Social Entreprenuership di Plasa Dr. Angka ITS, beberapa event pameran online seperti Sunday Market dan Basha Live Shopee 2020, serta pada era new normal kemarin Privet tergabung dalam event Pop Up Market di Mumukuru by Caturra Surabaya dan Creative Milenial Trend di Royal Plaza Surabaya. Tidak hanya aktif dalam berbagai event pameran, Privet juga berpartisipasi sebagai sponsor event, diantaranya sebagai sponsor event Creative Milenial Trend 2020, sponsor event MB Talk 2020, serta sponsor event giveaway kolaborasi dengan Jobhun. Kini Privet resmi berbadan hukum sebagai CV. Privet Dwi Sentosa sejak tanggal 23 Oktober 2020 dan telah mengurus HKI pada akhir tahun 2020 lalu. Privet juga memiliki store yang tersebar di dua kota besar, yaitu Surabaya dan Yogyakarta serta telah terdaftar dalam platform google my business. Memiliki online store yaitu instagram business, wa business, e-commerce, hingga official website yaitu Privet.id. Kemudian Privet juga telah mengikuti beberapa lomba bisnis dengan skala nasional, serta terpilih sebagai UMKM Bangga Lokal 2021 yang diselenggarakan oleh Kreavi dan BCA. Privet berhasil membina para pengrajin lokal untuk menciptakan sepatu dengan model dan kualitas yang tidak kalah bagus dengan produk buatan luar negeri. Pemberdayaan pengrajin lokal dilakukan untuk mendorong perekonomian bangsa dan kebangkitan UMKM Nasional serta turut ikut menjadi bagian dan berpartisipasi langsung dalam gerakan #localpride. Model dan varian sepatu dari Privet memiliki ciri khas tersendiri yang tentunya berbeda dengan merek lain yang beredar di pasaran. Dengan menonjolkan perpaduan antara desain klasik dan modern, Privet berharap dapat memberikan warna tersendiri dalam dunia persepatuan wanita di Indonesia. Bahan dan material yang digunakan juga telah melalui proses survei dan uji coba untuk menjaga kualitas produk agar tetap kuat dan nyaman saat digunakan. Varian model dan series yang diterbitkan juga sepenuhnya merupakan hasil kreatif dari tim Privet yang khusus dibuat dan disesuaikan untuk menemani aktifitas dan keseharian wanita yang beragam. Dengan tagline “Your Private Walking Partner” Privet selalu berharap agar dapat menjadi #temantiaplangkah di setiap momen penggunanya. Seluruh varian model produk dari series yang telah dikeluarkan oleh Privet seluruhnya dapat dengan mudah ditemukan dalam akun-akun social media resmi @Privet.id baik di Facebook, Instagram, atau melalui laman e-commerce resmi Privet di Shopee. Untuk menyesuaikan kebutuhan masyarakat di era new normal setelah merebaknya pandemi Covid-19, Privet kini menawarkan sistem belanja online yang fleksibel dan menyenangkan melalui website resmi di Privet.id dan kemudahan kunjungan toko virtual melalui Google, Privet Shoes.

Privet is a business that is engaged in fashion, especially women's shoes, which has been established since 2018. This business was born from one of the courses in ITS Business Management namely New Venture Creation, then proposed as a business-based thesis. Privet has successfully fulfilled a series of contract achievements from this business thesis. Starting from participating in various exhibitions that Privet has participated in, starting from the 7th Wosca which was held at the Tunjungan Plaza 2 Atrium, then an exhibition event at Chamelleon Hall Tunjungan Plaza 6, the New Business Creation exhibition and the Social Entrepreneurship exhibition at Plasa Dr. Angka ITS, several online exhibition events such as the Sunday Market and Basha Live Shopee 2020. As well as in the new normal era, Privet joined the Pop Up Market at Mumukuru by Caturra Surabaya and Creative Millennial Trend at Royal Plaza Surabaya. Not only active in exhibition events, Privet also participates as an event sponsor, including sponsoring Creative Millennial Trend 2020, sponsoring MB Talk 2020, and sponsoring a collaboration giveaway with Jobhun. Now Privet is officially incorporated as CV. Privet Dwi Sentosa since 23 October 2020 and has been managing HKI at the end of 2020. Privet now has stores spread across two major cities, Surabaya and Yogyakarta and has been registered on the google my business. Having an online store, instagram business, wa business, e-commerce, and official website Privet.id. Then Privet has also participated in several business competitions on a national scale, and was selected as the UMKM Bangga Lokal 2021 organized by Kreavi and BCA. Privet has successfully coached local craftsmen to create shoes with models and quality that are no less good with foreign-made products. Empowerment of local craftsmen is carried out to encourage the nation's economy and the revival of National MSMEs and to take part in and participate directly in the #localpride movement. The models and variants of shoes from Privet have their own characteristics which are certainly different from other brands on the market. By accentuating a combination of classic and modern designs, Privet hopes to provide its own color in the world of women's shoes in Indonesia. The materials and materials used have also gone through a survey and trial process to maintain product quality so that it remains strong and comfortable when used. The published model and series variants are also entirely the creative results of the Privet team which are specially made and adapted to accompany the various activities and daily lives of women. With the tagline "Your Private Walking Partner", Privet always hopes to be a #temantiaplangkah in every moment of its users. All product model variants of the series that have been issued by Privet can all be easily found on official @Privet.id social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, or through Privet's official e-commerce page at Shopee. To match the needs of the community in the new normal era after the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, Privet now offers a flexible and fun online shopping system through the official website at Privet.id and the convenience of visiting virtual stores through Google, Privet Shoes.
