Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat mengakibatkan semakin banyak perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manusia dalam segala jenis bidang. Untuk mencapai tujuan maksimal dalam penggunaan perangkat lunak, dibutuhkan suatu standar yang dapat menilai kualitas perangkat lunak tersebut. Sistem Informasi Akademik ITS (SIAKAD ITS) merupakan salah satu situs penting dalam penyediaan informasi dan layanan akademik bagi mahasiswa Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. Mengingat pentingnya Sistem Informasi Akademik ITS, maka diperlukan adanya pengukuran untuk mengetahui kualitas SIAKAD ITS.
Standar yang digunakan untuk mengukur SIAKAD ITS adalah ISO 25010 yang merupakan standar ISO terbaru dan hasil perbaikan dari versi ISO 9126. Karakteristik kualitas yang akan dibahas pada penelitian ini adalah Maintainability, Portability, dan Compatibility serta pengukuran otomatis nilai Cohesion subkarakteristik Modularity. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Pertama, AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot karakteristik dan subkarakteristik yang akan digunakan dalam pengukuran. Bobot ini didapat dari kuesioner pakar yang membandingkan antar karakteristik dan karakteristik lain, antar subkarakteristik dan subkaraketristik lain. Setelah mendapat bobot pengukuran, dilakukan perhitungan untuk menentukan jumlah responden yang akan disurvei. Dari hasil perhitungan kemudian dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada dua jenis responden yaitu 119 mahasiswa dan 16 developer. Hasil kueisoner digunakan sebagai input pada kakas bantu. Pengukuran otomatis nilai Cohesion subkarakteristik Modularity akan dihitung menggunakan library lcom. Data uji yang digunakan pada pengukruan otomatis adalah filr source code SIMPEG. Dari file yang diunggah akan dibaca oleh kakas bantu dan diambil isinya untuk menudian diukur nilai cohesionnya.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kakas bantu pengukuran kualitas perangkat lunak karakteristik Maintainability, Portability, dan Compatibility serta pengukuran otomatis nilai Cohesion subkarakteristik Modularity. Kakas bantu ini dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas perangkat lunak yang hasilnya dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dan pertimbangan dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak kedepannya.

The very rapid development of information technology has resulted in more and more software being developed to meet human needs in all types of fields. To achieve the maximum goal in using software, we need a standard that can assess the quality of the software. ITS Academic Information System (ITS SIAKAD) is one of the important sites in providing academic information and services for students of the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology. Given the importance of the ITS Academic Information System, a measurement is needed to determine the quality of ITS SIAKAD.
The standard used to measure ITS SIAKAD is ISO 25010 which is the latest ISO standard and the result of the improvement from the ISO 9126 version. Quality characteristics that will be discussed in this study are Maintainability, Portability, and Compatibility as well as automatic measurement of the Cohesion value of the Modularity subcharacteristics. In this final project, the method used in this research is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). First, AHP is used to determine the weight of the characteristics and sub-characteristics that will be used in the measurement. This weight is obtained from an expert questionnaire that compares among other characteristics and characteristics, between sub-characteristics and other sub-characteristics. After obtaining the measurement weights, calculations are made to determine the number of respondents to be surveyed. From the calculation results, questionnaires were distributed to two types of respondents, namely 119 students and 16 developers. The results of kueisoner are used as input to the auxiliary equipment. Automatic measurement of the Cohesion subcharacteristic Modularity value will be calculated using the lcom library. The test data used in automatic accounting is the SIMPEG source code file. The uploaded file will be read by the auxiliary tool and its contents will be taken to measure the cohesion value.
The results of this study are tools to measure the quality of software quality characteristics Maintainability, Portability, and Compatibility as well as automatic measurement of the Cohesion value of the Modularity subcharacteristics. This assistive tool can be used to measure the quality of the software, the results of which can be used as a reference and consideration in future software development.
