Abstract

Aspek kualitas perangkat lunak menjadi salah satu hal yang penting dalam proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak. Perlu dilakukan pengukuran terhadap perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan untuk menjamin kualitas perangkat lunak. Standar internasional yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur perangkat lunak adalah ISO 25010. ISO 25010 merupakan bagian dari Software product Quality Requirements and Evaluation (SQuaRE), yang merupakan pengembangan dari model kualitas perangkat lunak sebelumnya yaitu ISO 9126.
Dalam Tugas Akhir ini akan dibahas secara mendalam mengenai karakteristik kualitas perangkat lunak Usability, Security dan subkarakteristik Capacity. Setiap karakteristik dan subkarakteristik dibandingkan tingkat kepentingannya menggunakan kuesioner pakar. Kuesioner pakar dijadikan sebagai masukan dalam penghitungan bobot menggunakan metode AHP. Data uji yang digunakan dalam Tugas Akhir ini yaitu Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD ITS) dan MyITS Single Sign-on (MyITS SSO). Pada Tugas Akhir ini, terdapat dua jenis pengukuran, yaitu pengukuran menggunakan data kuesioner dan pengukuran otomatis. Usability dan Security diukur menggunakan data kuesioner tentang SIAKAD ITS yang diisi oleh mahasiswa ITS dan tim pengembang DPTSI. Data kuesioner dijadikan masukan dan diperoleh hasil berupa nilai subkarakteristik. Capacity diukur menggunakan pengukuran otomatis Transaction Processing Capacity Conformance. Software terter memasukkan URL dan jumlah request untuk melakukan pengukuran otomatis. Transaksi yang dilakukan adalah 7000 request bersamaan terhadap halaman beranda MyITS SSO. Kemudian dihitung jumlah request yang berhasil dilakukan dan dikonversikan dalam skala seratus untuk dijadikan nilai subkarakteristik.
Hasil dari Tugas Akhir ini memberikan kontribusi berupa kakas bantu pengukuran kualitas perangkat lunak yang berguna dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak. SIAKAD ITS diukur berdasarkan aspek Usability dapat digunakan oleh pengguna untuk mencapai suatu tujuan dengan efisien. SIAKAD ITS diukur berdasarkan aspek Security dapat melindungi informasi dan data sehingga seseorang, sistem, atau produk lain dapat mengakses data atau informasi sesuai dengan hak akses. MyITS SSO diukur berdasarkan aspek Capacity dapat menerima 7000 request yang dilakukan secara bersamaan.

The software quality aspect is one of the important things in a software development project. Measurement of the software developed to ensure software quality. The international standard that can be used to measure software is ISO 25010. ISO 25010 is part of the Software product Quality Requirements and Evaluation (SQuaRE), which is a development of the previous model of software quality namely ISO 9126.
In this final project, the quality characteristics of software will be discussed are Usability, Security and Capacity sub-characteristics. Each characteristic and sub-characteristics were compared to their importance using an expert questionnaire. The expert questionnaire is used as input in calculating the weight using the AHP method. The test data used in this final project are Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD ITS) and MyITS Single Sign-on (MyITS SSO). In this final project, two types of measurement are measurement using questionnaire data and automatic measurement. Usability and security were measured using questionnaire data about SIAKAD ITS which was filled in by ITS students and the DPTSI development team. The questionnaire data is used as input and the result is sub-characteristic value. Capacity is measured using an automatic measurement of Transaction Processing Capacity Conformance. The software tester enters the URL and the number of requests to perform automatic measurements. The transaction is 7000 simultaneous requests to the MyITS SSO homepage. Then count the number of successful requests and converted on a hundred scale to be used as a sub-characteristic value.
The contribution of this final project is software quality measurement tool that is useful in software development. SIAKAD ITS measured based on the Usability aspect that it can be used by users to achieve a goal efficiently. SIAKAD ITS measured based on the aspect of security that it can protect information and data, so someone, system, or other product can access data or information with right access. MyITS SSO measured based on the Capacity aspect that it can receive 7000 requests simultaneously.
