Abstract

Pada akhir tahun 2019, WHO (World Health Organization) menemukan suatu virus baru dari Wuhan yang diberi nama Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) penyebab penyakit COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019). Virus yang menyebar melalui droplets manusia ini sudah menyebar ke seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Sulitnya untuk melakukan proses pelacakan dan penelusuran penyebaran COVID-19 menimbulkan perubahan yang signifikan terhadap perilaku kehidupan masyarakat sehari-hari, khususnya dalam melakukan aktivitas di luar tempat tinggal mereka. Pemerintah Indonesia mengambil suatu langkah pembuatan aplikasi yang berfungsi untuk melacak dan melakukan penelusuran penyebaran COVID-19 bernama PeduliLindungi. Aplikasi PeduliLindungi mengandalkan partisipasi masyarakat untuk saling memberikan informasi posisi/lokasi dengan cara mengaktifkan perangkat bluetooth dan GPS pada smartphone mereka. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk melihat respon dan karakteristik pengguna Aplikasi PeduliLindungi berdasarkan tingkat keinovatifan pengguna, serta untuk mengetahui hubungan antara segi manusia (human), organisasi (organization) dan teknologi (technology) terhadap kebermanfaatan Aplikasi PeduliLindungi berdasarkan dimensi yang ada pada kerangka evaluasi kerja Human, Organization, & Technology-Fit (HOT-Fit). Data primer diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh pengguna Aplikasi PeduliLindungi, dari hasil ini akan terlihat respon dan karakteristik pengguna Aplikasi PeduliLindungi. Kemudian data selanjutnya diolah menggunakan Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk mengetahui keterkaitan antar variabel yang ada pada kerangka evaluasi kerja HOT-Fit. Berdasarakan hasil pengolahan data, terdapat empat dari sepuluh hipotesis yang diterima berkaitan dengan variabel yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel lain, serta diketahui bahwa jalur variabel dengan nilai terbesar yang memengaruhi kebermanfaat / net benefits (NB) Aplikasi PeduliLindungi adalah kualitas pelayanan / service quality (SVQ) dan kepuasan pengguna / user satisfaction (US).

The virus spreads through droplets produced by humans, and has spread throughout the world, including Indonesia. The difficulty in carrying out the process of tracking and tracing the spread of COVID-19 has caused significant changes in the behavior of people's daily lives, especially in doing activities outside their homes. The Indonesian government took a step to develop an application to help the process of tracking and tracing the spread of COVID-19 called PedulidLindungi. This application relies on community participation to provide position / location information to each other by activating Bluetooth and GPS on their smartphones. This study focuses to see the responses and characteristics App users PeduliLindungi based on innovativeness and adopter categories and to determine the correlation between human, organization, dan technology aspects of the usefulness of PeduliLindungi application based on the dimensions that exist in the framework of the evaluation of the Human, Organization, & Technology-Fit (HOT-Fit). Primary data was collected using a questionnaire filled out by users of the PeduliLindung application, from these results it will be seen the responses and characteristics of PeduliLindungi Application. Then the data was processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to determine the relationship between variables in the HOT-Fit evaluation framework. Based on the results of data processing, there are four out of ten accepted hypotheses related to variables that have a significant positive effect on other variables, and it’s known that the variables path with the greatest value that affects the benefits / net benefits (NB) of PeduliLindungi Application are service quality (SVQ) and user satisfaction (US).
