Abstract

Mataramku Lapor merupakan aplikasi berbasis android yang diperuntukkan untuk pengaduan online terpadu. Aplikasi ini bertujuan agar masyarakat dapat dengan mudah menyampaikan pengaduan terhadap kondisi dan pembangunan Kota Mataram untuk dapat segera ditindak lanjuti. Pemerintah Kota Mataram telah melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat terkait penggunaan aplikasi “Mataramku Lapor” dan juga memberikan fasilitas android kepada OPD, Camat dan Lurah. Namun, masih banyak warga kota Mataram yang belum memanfaatkan aplikasi ini. Terbukti dari jumlah akun yang sudah men-download aplikasi “Mataramku Lapor” hanya sekitar 500 orang atau 0.0012% dari warga kota Mataram. Angka tersebut masih terbilang sangat sedikit mengingat aplikasi tersebut sudah berjalan selama satu tahun.
Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Fenomenologi yaitu pendekatan yang mempelajari perilaku pengguna khususnya masyarakat Kota Mataram. Pendekatan ini meneliti faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi masyarakat kota Mataram untuk menggunakan aplikasi Mataramku Lapor. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 3 tahapan utama, Tahapan pertama yaitu observasi untuk mengetahui keadaan saat di lapangan, kemudian tahap kedua yaitu wawancara dengan informan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pada penggunaan aplikasi. Tahapan terakhir yaitu melakukan pengujian data yang sudah didapatkan.
Penelitian akan dilakukan di kota Mataram. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan aplikasi Mataramku Lapor di kota Mataram. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk memberikan sebuah model baru yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk meningkatkan penggunaan aplikasi Mataramku Lapor dan layanan e-government sejenis

“Mataramku Lapor” is an android based application which is intended for integrated online complaints. This application is intended so that the society can easily submit complaints towards the conditions and development of the Mataram city to be immediately followed up. The Government of the Mataram city has been doing socialization to the public regarding the use of the application "Mataramku Lapor" and providing android facilities to the regional working unit. Unfortunately, there are many citizens of the city who have not used this application. It is proven by the number of accounts that have downloaded the application "Mataramku Lapor" is only about 500 people or 0.0012% of the residents of Mataram city. This number is still lacking considering the application has been running for one year.
The method used in this study is a Qualitative Method with a Phenomenology approach, an approach that studies the behavior of users, especially the citizens of Mataram. This approach examines the factors that influence citizens to use of Mataramku Lapor application Conducted in 3 steps, the first step is observation to find out the situation while in the field, and then the second steps is an interview with the informant to get a better understanding of the factors that affect effectiveness and efficiency in the use of the application. The final step is testing the data that has been obtained.
The research will be conducted in the city of Mataram. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence citizens to use Mataramku Lapor application is in the city of Mataram. This research also aims to provide a new model that can be implemented to increase the use of the of the Mataramku Lapor application and similar e-government services
