Abstract
Sehingga investasi pembangunan galangan reparasi khusus kapal tunda layak dilakukan.

The shipping industry in Indonesia is currently growing because of government programs that make Indonesia the world's maritime axis. The shipping industry is closely related to tugs, every ship that has a length of 70 meters and above will conduct scouting. The purpose of this Final Project is to analyze technically and economically the development of tugboat reparation shipyards. First, an analysis of the potential of the tug boat reparation market is carried out which can provide high added value to the shipyard. Second, an analysis of technical aspects was carried out to determine the facilities needed and the layout of the tug ship repair shipyard. Third, an analysis was carried out on economic aspects to measure the feasibility of the plan to adjust the repair facility. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, obtained shipyard planning in Sidokelar Village, Paciran, Lamongan with an area of 100 m x 50 m. The investment cost needed to build a shipyard is estimated around Rp28.537.747.000,00. The fee includes building facilities such as workshops, office buildings and equipment that will be used to repair ships. The investment time for the construction of special ship reparation tugs is back in 2033, in the 13th year of the 10th month with a Return On Investment value of 27%. With an Internal Rate of Return value of 13% greater than the established bank interest of 11,4%. So that investment in the construction of tugboat reparations is feasible.
