Abstract

Pada proyek akhir ini objek manajemen konstruksi yang direncanakan yaitu Proyek Gedung Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Malang yang berlokasi di Jl. Semarang No. 5, Malang. Gedung tersebut memiliki delapan lantai dan lantai atap dak beton, serta terdapat tambahan struktur di lantai atap untuk rumah lift dan tangga. Struktur bawah menggunakan bore pile dan struktur atas menggunakan beton bertulang. Biaya pelaksanaan dihitung berdasarkan analisa di lapangan melalui survey, serta di dapatkan dari beberapa literatur. Untuk waktu dihitung berdasarkan metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan, dan analisa mengenai kapasitas produksi, produktivitas, dan perhitungan durasi pekerjaan. Sehingga dengan metode pelaksanaan yang tepat maka dihasilkan waktu dan biaya yang efektif. Untuk penjadwalan tiap item pekerjaan dilakukan dengan bantuan software Microsoft Project. Hasil akhir pada proyek akhir ini adalah rekapitulasi biaya dan durasi pelaksanaan proyek dengan metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan serta kurva S. Dari hasil analisa, diperoleh durasi pekerjaan selama 202 hari kerja dengan total biaya pelaksanaan sebesar Rp. 21.310.759.646 (Dua Puluh Satu Milyar Tiga Ratus Sepuluh Juta Tujuh Ratus Lima Puluh Sembilan Ribu Enam Ratus Empat Puluh Enam Rupiah).

In this final project, the construction management object is the Building Project of the Faculty of Social Sciences, State University of Malang, located on Jl. Semarang No. 5, Malang. The building has eight floors and the roof floor using concrete, and there is an additional structure on the roof floor for the lift house and stairs. The lower structure uses bore pile and the upper structure uses reinforced concrete. Implementation costs are calculated based on field analysis through surveys, and obtained from several literatures. Time is calculated based on the implementation method used, and analysis of production capacity, productivity, and calculation of work duration. So that with the right implementation method it will produce time and cost effective. Scheduling each work item is done with the help of Microsoft Project software. The final result in this final project is a recapitulation of costs and duration of project implementation with the implementation method used and the S-curve. From the analysis, it is obtained that the duration of work is 202 working days with a total implementation cost of Rp. 21.310.759.646 (Twenty One Billion Three Hundred Ten Million Seven Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Six Rupiah).
