Abstract

PT. Saraswanti Utama Surabaya adalah kantor manajemen pusat Saraswanti Group dengan core business industri pupuk yang kemudian melakukan perluasan usaha di sektor lain yakni perkebunan, laboratorium, properti, dan aneka usaha yang telah beroperasional di berbagai wilayah Indonesia. Dalam menerapkan visi misi perusahaan, tentu diperlukan sarana bagi para pelaku organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan bersama yakni berupa kantor. Dalam hal ini perancangan ulang interior kantor dapat membantu mengatur tatanan kantor yang optimal dan mampu mendukung pengembangan bisnis kedepannya di masa pandemi ini. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Selain itu, kuesioner juga digunakan untuk mendukung
pengumpulan data yang kemudian dianalisa. Hasil perancangan desain interior yang diperoleh adalah penambahan sarana berupa break space area dan penggunaan corporate identity berkonsep creative semi – open space sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan. Break space area merupakan sarana yang dipilih berdasarkan hasil kuesioner sebagai ruang multifungsi dalam menerapkan budaya perusahaan yakni kebersamaan dan kekeluargaan dengan konsep kreatif. Pengaplikasian corporate identity menjadi poin utama pada desain interior ini dengan tatanan ruang semi – open space yang diharapkan mampu menciptakan ruang yang optimal sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan.

PT. Saraswanti Utama Surabaya is the head office of the Saraswanti Group with the fertilizer industry as a core business, which then expands its business in other sectors, namely plantations, laboratories, property, and various businesses that have operated in various parts of Indonesia. In implementing the company's vision and mission, facilities are needed for organizational actors to achieve common goals, namely in the form of offices. In this case, the redesign of the office interior can help organize the optimal office layout and be able to support future business development during this pandemic. Data
collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and literature studies. In addition, a questionnaire was also used to support data collection which was then analyzed. The interior design results obtained are the addition of facilities in the form of
a break space area and the use of corporate identity with a creative semi-open space concept in accordance with health protocols. The break space area is the facility chosen based on the results of the questionnaire as a multifunctional space in implementing the corporate culture, togetherness and kinship with creative concepts. The application of corporate identity is the main point in this interior design with a semi-open space arrangement which is expected to be able to create optimal space in accordance with health protocols.
