Abstract

Ketersediaan material dan total cost adalah fokus utama dalam supply chain management (SCM) di perusahaan perawatan pesawat terbang, kedua faktor tersebut merupakan alasan utama kinerja purchasing merupakan salah satu faktor penentu penting dalam keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan. Pengukuruan cost, quality dan delivery masih menjadi faktor utama dalam menentukan perancangan kinerja dari purchasing performance. Evaluasi kinerja supplier merupakan salah satu aktifitas strategis pada manajemen rantai pasok yang telah terbukti memilki efek langsung dalam proses perbaikan dalam meningkatkan purchasing performance. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan dimensi pengukuran kinerja supplier di perusahaan perawatan pesawat terbang untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dari supplier yang termasuk pada kriteria supplier perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode multi criteria decision making (MCDM) yaitu metode analytical hierarchy dikombinasikan dengan metode TOPSIS untuk validasi hasil pemeringkatan dari penilaian kinerja supplier. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan target perbaikan dalam proses rantai pasok yang berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pada proses pembelian.

Spare part availability and total cost are the main focus of Supply Chain Management (SCM) in Aircraft Maintenance Company. Both are the main reason purchasing performance become one of important determinants of a firm’s competitive advantage. Cost, quality and delivery measurement are the main criterias to define the concept of purchasing performance. These performance dimensions are closely tied to supply performance evaluation. Supplier performance evaluation has been regarded as one of the most important strategies in the supply chain management which has direct impact to improve company purchasing performance. This research aims to determine the supplier performance measurement dimension of aircraft material supplier in Aircraft Maintenance Company and evaluate the first-tier supplier performance in Aircraft Maintenance Company. The current research employed multi criteria decision making (MCDM) method, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to study and define the supplier performance evaluation dimension combined with TOPSIS model to validate the ranking results of supplier performance. This research performs to found an improvement target in supply chain process that contributes to improve the purchasing performance.
