Abstract
Proyek akhir ini mengambil studi kasus pada salah satu bangunan gedung apartemen yang terletak di Jl. Pahlawan, Magersari, Sidoarjo. Gedung ini dirancang menggunakan sistem ganda (dual system), SRPMK dan dinding geser (shearwall) dimana kinerja dual system harus sesuai dengan peraturan gempa di Indonesia (minimal 25% diterima rangka pemikul momen, 75% diterima dinding geser) dan direncakan gedung ini dengan peraturan gempa SNI 1726-2012.
Terbitnya peraturan gempa yang baru (SNI 1726-2019) memiliki syarat gaya gempa yang lebih besar dibanding SNI 1726-2012. Maka, adanya peningkatan gaya gempa akan mempengaruhi kinerja struktur gedung. Untuk mengatasi peningkatan gaya gempa, dipilih perkuatan CFRP (untuk lentur dan geser) dan Fluid Viscous Damper (FVD) untuk gaya gempa. CFRP dipilih karena tidak akan merubah arsitekturalnya dengan tebalnya yang hanya 1,2 mm dan FVD dipilih karena bersifat meredam gaya, jadi tidak akan memberikan beban lebih pada kolom.

This final project takes a case study on an apartment building located on Jl. Pahlawan, Magersari, Sidoarjo. This building was designed using dual system, special moment bearer frame system and shearwall where the performance of the dual system should be in accordance with the regulation of the earthquake in Indonesia (at least 25% is accepted by moment bearing frame, 75% is accepted by shearwalls) and this building is planned with the earthquake regulations SNI 1726-2012.
The issuance of the new earthquake regulations (SNI 1726-2019) has a requirement for an earthquake force that is greater than SNI 1726-2012. Thus, an increase is earthquake forces will affect the performance of the building structure. To overcome the increase in seismic forces, the reinforcement if CFRP (for bending and shear) and Fluid Viscous Damper (FVD) was chosen for the seismic force. CFRP was chosen because it would not change the architectural with a thickness of only 1,2 mm and FVD was chosen because it dampens the force, so it will not put more weight on the column.
