Abstract
Penerapan dan pemanfaatan SI/TI yang optimal membantu perusahaan dalam beberapa hal seperti operasional, administrasi, penilaian kinerja, dan pengawasan aktivitas kerja pegawai. Selain itu, SI/TI dapat membantu perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan bisnis dan mempercepat perusahaan mencapai tujuannya. CV. Adisatya IT Consultant merupakan perusahaan yang berjalan di bidang konsultasi TI, pengembangan SI, dan supplier sejumlah perangkat TI. Terdapat sejumlah aktivitas penggunaan SI/TI di perusahaan yang tidak optimal dalam aktivitas operasional dan bisnis perusahaan. Aktivitas tersebut antara lain penilaian kinerja dan pengawasan aktivitas kerja pegawai yang dilakukan secara manual, pengelolaan data penjualan yang tidak padu, pengawasan dan evaluasi bisnis maintenance perusahaan yang kurang dioptimalkan, dan pengelolaan data feedback dari konsumen untuk produk SI/TI perusahaan yang tidak efektif. Selain itu, ada sejumlah produk SI pihak ketiga yang tidak digunakan secara maksimal oleh perusahaan. Permasalahan SI/TI pada CV. Adisatya tersebut menunjukkan bahwa investasi SI/TI saat ini tidak sesuai dengan portofolio aplikasi SI/TI yang sudah dibuat sebelumnya. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan perencanaan strategis SI/TI dengan framework Ward dan Peppard dan metode Analytic Network Process-BOCR. Penggunaan framework ini untuk memaksimalkan pengawasan aktivitas kerja pegawai, meningkatkan efektifitas pengelolaan data aset perusahaan, dan optimalisasi aktivitas operasional bisnis perusahaan.
Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam framework ini adalah SWOT, Value Chain, PEST, Balanced Scorecard, Critical Success Factor, Porter’s Five Forces, analisis kesenjangan, dan Mcfarlan Strategic Grid. Hasil penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi strategi bisnis SI, strategi manajemen SI/TI, strategi TI, dan portofolio aplikasi SI. Rekomendasi strategi SI terdiri dari satu sistem informasi yang perlu ditingkatkan (upgrade), dua sistem informasi yang perlu diganti (replace), dan dua belas sistem informasi baru yang dapat diimplementasikan perusahaan (new system). Rekomendasi strategi TI terdiri dari penambahan server, tipe layanan server online, dan infrastruktur jaringan TI. Rekomendasi strategi manajemen SI/TI terdiri dari menambahkan departemen TI dan menambahkan sejumlah SOP penggunaan serta pengelolaan SI. Portofolio aplikasi SI terdiri dari semua rekomendasi strategi SI yang sudah diurutkan dengan metode ANP-BOCR.

The optimal implementation and utilization of IS/IT helps the company in several matters such as operations, administration, performance appraisal, and monitoring of employee work activities. In addition, IS/IT can help company in making business decisions and accelerate the company to achieve its goals. CV. Adisatya IT Consultant is a company that operates in the field of IT consulting, IS development, and supplier of a number of IT equipment. There are a number of activities in the use of IS / IT in the company that are not optimal in the company's operational and business activities. These activities include manual performance appraisal and supervision of employee work activities, inadequate sales data management, under-optimized monitoring and evaluation of company maintenance businesses, and management of customer feedback data for ineffective company IS/IT products. In addition, there are a number of third-party SI products that the company is not fully using. IS/IT problems in CV. Adisatya shows that the current IS/IT investment is not in accordance with the previously made IS/IT application portfolio. Based on these problems, IS/IT strategic planning with Ward and Peppard framework and Analytic Network Process-BOCR method is needed. The use of this framework is to maximize supervision of employee work activities, improve the effectiveness of company asset data management, and optimize the company's business operations.
The analytical methods used in this framework are SWOT, Value Chain, PEST, Balanced Scorecard, Critical Success Factor, Porters Five Forces, gap analysis, and McFarlan Strategic Grid. The results of this study are in the form of IS business strategy recommendations, IS/IT management strategies, IT strategies, and IS application portfolio. The IS strategy recommendations consist of one information system that needs to be upgraded, two information systems that need to be replaced, and twelve new information systems that the company can implement (new system). IT strategy recommendations consist of adding servers, types of online server services, and IT network infrastructure. The recommendation for the IS/IT management strategy consists of adding an IT department and adding a number of SOPs for the use and management of IS. The IS application portfolio consists of all the IS strategy recommendations that have been sorted by the ANP-BOCR method.
