Abstract
Tren urbanisasi yang terjadi menyebabkan berbagai dampak yang dihadapi oleh perkotaan, terutama masalah yang berdampak pada lingkungan seperti meningkatnya emisi dan polusi udara, konsumsi energi, limbah, dan kerusakan lingkungan lainnya. Wilayah perkotaan berkontribusi 70% dari emisi CO2 global saat ini, oleh karena itu diperlukan inisiatif cerdas untuk mengurangi dampak terhadap lingkungan. Konsep kota cerdas adalah cara untuk menjaga kota agar tetap berkelanjutan. Perkembangan kota pintar di Indonesia jauh di tertinggal dari kota-kota di negara tetangga seperti Singapura, Kuala Lumpur, dan Bangkok. Pada tahun 2017 pemerintah pusat mendukung pengembangan kota pintar di Indonesia dengan memprakarsai "Gerakan menuju 100 Smart city Indonesia". Kementrian Komunikasi dan Informatika mengeluarkan model smart city yang memiliki 6 dimensi, yaitu smart governance, smart branding, smart economy, smart living, smart society, smart environment. Namun, model smart city Kemkominfo tidak diikuti oleh pengembangan model indikator penilaian smart city. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menjawab bagaimana model indikator penilaian smart city khususnya pada dimensi smart environment untuk konteks Indonesia dengan melakukan tinjauan literatur, peraturan pemerintah dan baku mutu lingkungan yang berpatok pada model smart city yang dikeluarkan oleh Kemkominfo. Dalam pengembangan model penilaian smart environment diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa pintar kota di Indonesia dalam penerapan program smart city khususnya pada dimensi smart environment di Indonesia. Penelitian ini memberikan informasi tentang penelitian ilmiah terbaru yang berfokus pada indikator penilaian lingkungan cerdas dan memberikan wawasan berharga untuk penelitian masa depan.

The urbanization trend that occurs causes various impacts faced by cities, especially problems that have an impact on the environment such as increased emissions and air pollution, energy consumption, waste, and other environmental damage. Urban areas contribute 70% of current global CO2 emissions, therefore smart initiatives are needed to reduce their impact on the environment. The smart city concept is a way to keep cities sustainable. The development of smart cities in Indonesia is far behind cities in neighboring countries such as Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Bangkok. In 2017 the central government supported the development of smart cities in Indonesia by initiating the "Movement towards 100 Smart City Indonesia". The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology issued a smart city model which has 6 dimensions, namely smart governance, smart branding, smart economy, smart living, smart society, smart environment. However, the Ministry of Communication and Informatics' smart city model was not followed by the development of a smart city assessment indicator model. This paper aims to answer how the smart city assessment indicator model, especially in the smart environment dimension, for the Indonesian context by conducting a literature review, government regulations, and environmental quality standards based on the smart city model issued by the Ministry of Communication and Information. In developing the smart environment assessment model, it is hoped that it can be used to find out how smart cities in Indonesia are in implementing the smart city program, especially in the dimensions of the smart environment in Indonesia. This research provides information on the latest scientific research that focuses on intelligent environmental assessment indicators and provides valuable insights for future research.
