Abstract

Persaingan industri telekomunikasi layanan Tower Sharing semakin ketat seiring dengan munculnya pendatang-pendatang baru Tower Provider. On Time Delivery menjadi salah satu upaya merebut pasar industri memenangkan kompetisi. Hal ini diperlukan rencana pembangunan dengan durasi lead time yang disetujui pelanggan operator telekomunikasi. Dalam penelitian ini menganalisa seberapa besar pengaruh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terhadap besarnya lead time pembangunan built to suit (B2S) menara telekomunikasi di area kerja PT. Tower Bersama Infrastructure, Tbk. Regional Jawa Timur.

Penelitian akan dilakukan pada proyek pembangunan built to suit (B2S) menara telekomunikasi di area kerja Regional Jawa Timur dalam periode 2019 sampai 2020.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi besarnya lead time proyek pembangunan built to suit (B2S) menara telekomunikasi di area kerja PT. Tower Bersama Infrastructure, Tbk. Regional Jawa Timur dan menganalisa seberapa besar pengaruh faktor-faktor tersebut terhadap lead time pembangunan built to suit (B2S) menara telekomunikasi yang diperlukan di area kerja PT. Tower Bersama Infrastructure, Tbk. Regional Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian bahwa faktor-faktor signifikan yang mempengaruhi besarnya lead time proyek pembangunan built to suit (B2S) menara telekomunikasi adalah variabel Site Acquisition (SITAC) (X2) dan Perijinan (X3).

The competition in the telecommunications industry in Tower Sharing services is getting tougher as Tower Provider newcomers emerge. On Time Delivery is one of the efforts to win the industrial market to win the competition. This requires a development plan with a lead time duration that is approved by telecommunications operator customers. In this study, to analyze the influence of the factors that influence the large lead time for the construction of built to suit (B2S) telecommunications towers in the work area of PT. Tower Bersama Infrastructure, Tbk. East Java Regional.

The research will be carried out on the telecommunication tower built to suit (B2S) construction project in the East Java Regional work area in the 2019 until 2020 period.

This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The objective of this research is to identify the factors that influence the lead time for the telecommunication tower built to suit (B2S) construction project in the work area of PT. Tower Bersama Infrastructure, Tbk. East Java Regional and analyze how much influence these factors have on the lead time for the construction of a built to suit (B2S) telecommunication tower required in the work area of PT. Tower Bersama Infrastructure, Tbk. East Java Regional. The result of this research shows that the significant factors that influence the lead time of the telecommunication tower built to suit (B2S) construction project are the variables of Site Acquisition (SITAC) (X2) and Permits (X3).
