Abstract
Pengembangan karir adalah hal yang penting bagi setiap kampus di Indonesia. PK2M adalah subdirektorat dalam birokrasi ITS bertanggung jawab atas hal yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan karir di lingkup ITS. Produk yang kami kerjakan saat melakukan Kerja Praktik adalah JOBX, yaitu sebuah website yang membantu mahasiswa dalam pengembangan karir dengan. Pengguna utama aplikasi yang kami kembangkan adalah mahasiswa yang ITS yang ingin mencari kesempatan belajar di dunia industri dengan terjun langsung ke dunia kerja. Selain itu website ini juga digunakan oleh employeer perusahaan yang ingin memposting lowongan kerja, serta pengunjung yang ingin melakukan investasi kepada startup atau proyek yang membutuhkan pendanaan.
Aplikasi dibuat dengan menggunakan framework Laravel dan memiliki beberapa fitur. Diantaranya adalah mencari pekerjaan, menawakan jasa, mewadahi ITS youth technopreuneur, menggalang dana untuk project dan startup.

Career development is important for every campus in Indonesia. PK2M is a sub-directorate within the ITS bureaucracy responsible for matters relating to career development within the ITS scope. The product we work on when doing practical work is JOBX, which is a website that helps students in developing their careers with. The main users of the application that we developed are ITS students who want to find learning opportunities in the industrial world by going directly into the world of work. In addition, this website is also used by company employees who want to post job vacancies, as well as visitors who want to invest in startups or projects that require funding. The application is made using the Laravel framework and has several features. Among them are looking for work, offering services, accommodating ITS youth technopreneurs, raising funds for projects and startups.
