Abstract

Perbankan merupakan salah satu elemen penting perekonomian untuk menghimpun dana dan menyalurkannya dalam bentuk pinjaman atau kredit. Salah satu faktor keberhasilan perbankan untuk meningkatan kualitas pelayanan adalah mesin ATM. Lokasi mesin ATM tersebar di berbagai lokasi sewa dengan berbagai pertimbangan. PT Bank X Area SGK beberapa kali melakukan penarikan mesin ATM sebelum masa sewa lokasi berakhir. Hal ini terjadi akibat perubahan pada berbagai aspek kebutuhan masyarakat sehingga perusahaan perlu melakukan penilaian ulang yang lebih objektif pada penempatan lokasi mesin ATM. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perangkingan dan memberikan
rekomendasi keputusan penempatan lokasi. Metode yang akan digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assesment (WASPAS). Metode AHP digunakan untuk memberikan pembobotan pada kriteria dan subkriteria. Sedangkan WASPAS digunakan untuk melakukan perangkingan dari alternatif lokasi. Terdapat 5 kriteria dengan 26 subkriteria pada pembobotan dan 50 data alternatif lokasi. Hasil perangkingan diolah menggunakan analisis pareto, didapatkan 37 alternatif lokasi dengan presentase kumulatif 80% dan 13 alternatif lokasi dengan presentase
kumulatif 20%. Hasil tersebut dapat menjadi rekomendasi perusahaan untuk memberikan keputusan penempatan lokasi mesin ATM.

Banking is one of the important elements of the economy to raise funds and
distribute them in the form of loans or credit. One of the success factors of banks
to improve service quality is ATM machines. ATM machine locations are scattered
in various rental locations with various considerations. PT Bank X Area SGK made
several ATM machine withdrawals before the location rental period ended. This
occurs due to changes in various aspects of community needs so that companies
need to conduct a more objective reassessment on the placement of ATM machine
locations. Therefore, this study aims to rank and provide recommendations for
location placement decisions. The methods used in this research are Analytical
Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment
(WASPAS). The AHP method is used to give weighting to the criteria and sub�criteria. While WASPAS is used to rank alternative locations. There are 5 criteria
with 26 sub-criteria on weighting and 50 alternative data locations. The ranking
results were processed using Pareto analysis, obtained 37 alternative locations
with a cumulative percentage of 80% and 13 alternative locations with a cumulative
percentage of 20%. These results can be a recommendation for the company to
provide a decision on the placement of the ATM machine location.
