Abstract

Sentra industri kerajinan kayu Dusun Bandar merupakan salah satu kumpulan dari
pengrajin kayu yang ada di Dusun Bandar Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang telah melakukan
proses bisnis semenjak tahun 1990. Dari tahun ke tahun jumlah UMKM kerajinan kayu yang
ada di Dusun Bandar mengalami penurunan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan berbagai masalah yang
dihadapi oleh stakeholder UMKM kerajinan kayu Dusun Bandar. Mulai dari masalah bahan
baku, modal, produktivitas, keterbatasan pengetahuan, hingga kurang adanya dukungan dari
pemerintah setempat untuk pengembangan UMKM. Pengukuran kinerja merupakan strategi
atau langkah mendasar untuk mengetahui performa dari suatu organisasi atau bisnis sehingga
bisa dilakukan evaluasi perbaikan kedepannya. Pada UMKM kerajinan kayu Dusun bandar
belum pernah dilakukan pengukuran kinerja, yang menjadikan pelaku bisnis kesulitan
bagaimana menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
melakukan pengukuran kinerja UMKM kerajinan kayu yang ada di Dusun Bandar dengan
melihat UMKM dalam bentuk klaster. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode pengukuran
kinerja Integrated Performance Measurement System (IPMS) dengan kombinasi metode ANP
dan TOPSIS untuk melakukan pengembangan model pengukuran kinerja bagi UMKM
kerajinan kayu Dusun Bandar. Di mana hasil dari penelitian menghasilkan 21 indikator
kinerja untuk Klaster UMKM Kerajinan Kayu Dusun Bandar dan indikator kritis kinerja
klaster yakni terkait dengan profit, pertumbuhan penjualan dan tingkat kerja sama serta
kolaborasi antar stakeholder klaster khusunya dalam hal pengadaan bahan baku. Hasil
pengukuran kinerja 76% indikator kinerja masih berstatus merah dan kuning atau belum
mencapai target sehingga perlu dilakukan peningkatan performa untuk indikator tersebut. ========================================================================================================
The wood craft industry center of Dusun Bandar is one of the collections of wood craftsmen
in Dusun Bandar, Bojonegoro Regency who have been doing business processes since 1990.
From year to year, SMEs wood crafts in Dusun Bandar have decreased. This is because of the
various problems like raw materials, capital, productivity, limited knowledge, to the lack of
support from the local government for the development of SMEs so that they are competitive
with similar businesses. Performance measurement is a strategy or fundamental step to
determine the performance of an organization or business so that future improvement can be
evaluated. Until now, there has never been a performance measurement on the wood craft
SMEs, so most of the business people do not know how to solve problems in their business
activities. This study aims to measure the performance of SMEs wood craft in Dusun Bandar
by looking at SMEs in the form of clusters. In this study, IPMS, ANP and TOPSIS methods
was used to develop a performance measurement model for SMEs wood craft in Dusun
Bandar. The results of this research can be used as a basis for information on SMEs decision�making to improve the performance of SMEs in Dusun Bandar wood crafts so that they are
competitive and increase in the future. Where the results of the research produce 21
performance indicators for the Dusun Bandar MSME Cluster and critical indicators of cluster
performance are profit, sales growth and the level of cooperation and collaboration between
cluster stakeholders, especially in terms of procurement of raw materials. The results of 76%
of the performance indicators are still in red and yellow status or have not reached the target
so that it is necessary to improve performance for these indicators.
