Abstract
Proyek konstruksi underground flowline sumur gas NKT-01 TW merupakan salah satu proyek terbesar yang dilakukan oleh PT XYZ. Tingginya biaya operasi dan pemeliharaan pipa existing, adanya loss production opportunity (LPO) akibat kebocoran yang terjadi pada pipa existing dan jalur pipa yang sulit membuat PT XYZ harus dapat memilih material pipa terbaik yang akan digunakan dalam proyek ini. Untuk menentukan material pipa terbaik, metode Analytical Network Process (ANP) akan diterapkan dalam penelitian ini yang dalam analisanya akan menunjukkan hubungan keterkaitan secara komprehensif. Studi pendahuluan dilakukan melalui studi literatur dan data sekunder untuk mendapatkan kriteria awal, alternatif dan hubungan keterkaitannya untuk kemudian divalidasi menggunakan kuesioner oleh para ahli.
Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kriterianya adalah functional, operation & maintenance, environmental dan economic dengan subkriteria - subkriterianya adalah tensile strength, elastic modulus, linear expansion, corrosion resistance, scaling resistance, reliability, maintainability, energy consumption, health risk, recyclability, material cost, operation & maintenance cost, density, market availability dan roughness. Subkriteria dengan bobot prioritas tertinggi adalah reliability dengan nilai 0,12934. Sedangkan untuk alternatif, diperoleh hasil bahwa alternatif jenis material pipa terbaik yang dapat digunakan dalam proyek pembangunan underground flowline sumur gas NKT-01 TW adalah FRP karena memiliki bobot prioritas tertinggi sebesar 0,2797, kemudian diikuti oleh Stainless steel (0,2675), CS with internal cladding (0,1885), galvanize (0,1588) dan yang terakhir adalah cast iron (0,1056).

The underground flowline construction project for the NKT-01 TW gas well is one of the largest projects conducted by PT XYZ. The high operation and maintenance cost of existing pipes, loss production opportunities (LPO) due to existing pipes leakage and difficult routes makes PT XYZ should be able to select the best pipe material to be used in this project. To determine the best pipe material, the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method applied in this research that those analysis will show the relationship among elements comprehensively. Preliminary studies were conducted through literature studies and secondary data to obtain initial criteria, alternatives, the relationships and then validated using a questionnaire by experts.
From the research results, it was found that the criteria for this project were functional, operation & maintenance, environmental and economic with the sub-criteria were tensile strength, elastic modulus, linear expansion, corrosion resistance, scaling resistance, reliability, maintainability, energy consumption, health risk, recyclability, material cost, operation & maintenance cost, density, market availability and roughness. The sub-criteria with the highest priority weight is reliability with a value of 0.12934. While the alternative, the results show that the best alternative of pipe material that can be used in the underground flowline construction project for the NKT-01 TW gas well is FRP because it has the highest priority weight of 0.2797, followed by Stainless steel (0.2675), CS with internal cladding (0.1885), galvanize (0.1588) and the last is cast iron (0.1056).
