Abstract

The Sanggala Building is an office building located on TB. Simatupang street, South Jakarta. The Sanggala building (Office Tower) consists of a 17-storey upper structure and a 2-story basement, which was built using the conventional method (cast insitu).
The author proposes another option in terms of the method of implementing the construction of the Sanggala Building (Office Tower) by using the precast concrete method in order to produce a new design with a faster time, more efficient implementation and quality in accordance with the original design.
In this final project, the authors make changes to the layout of the Office Tower which will be dilated from it connecting building. The building structure system is still using a dual structure system, which are the special moment resisting frames with special reinforced concrete shear walls. The modification of precast concrete elements and joints will refer to several regulations such as SNI 2847:2019, PCI Handbook 7th Edition, SNI 1726: 2019, and other relevant regulations. The modification with precast concrete elements will be applied to columns, beams, slabs, and foundations using wet joints using connection accessories from the Peikko Group Modix Rebar Coupler and NMB Splice Sleeve. The results of the calculation and structural analysis will be written in the form of a report accompanied by technical drawings.
