Abstract
Material Na2MnPO4F/C sebagai material komposit baterai natrium telah berhasil disintesis dengan menggunakan metode solid state dengan variasi konsentrasi pelapisan karbon 0, 3, 5, dan 7 wt%. Sumber karbon yang digunakan adalah citric acid (C6H8O7). Material Na2MnPO4F/C dibuat dengan menggunakan bahan bahan baku CH3COONa , NH4H2PO4, MnCO3, NaF. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan karakterisasi DTA-TGA, XRD, SEM-EDX, PSA, dan FTIR. Hasil karakterisasi XRD menunjukkan terbentuknya struktur monoklinik dengan space group P21/n dan tidak ada indikasi fase pengotor pada semua sampel. Ukuran kristal mengalami penurunan seiring dengan penambahan konsentrasi karbon. Ukuran kristal NMPF/C dengan penambahan karbon 7 wt% adalah sebesar 137,09 nm. Hasil analisis SEM-EDX menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi konsentrasi karbon maka distribusti persebaran unsur karbon cenderung lebih homogen. Hasil analisis PSA menunjukkan bahwa ukuran partikel NMPF/C yang didapatkan semakin kecil dan distribusi rata-rata ukuran partikel homogen seiring dengan penambahan konsentrasi karbon. Analisis FTIR menunjukkan gugus fungsi yang didapatkan yaitu Mn-O stretching, PO4 stretching, dan C-C stretching.

The material of Na2MnPO4F/C as a sodium battery composite material has been successfully synthesized through solid state method with various carbon concetrations 0, 3, 5, dan 7 wt%. The source of carbon comes from citric acid (C6H8O7). The syntesized sample were characterized DTA-TGA, XRD, SEM-EDX, PSA, dan FTIR. The XRD characterization shows that all of samples have formed to monoclinic structure with space group P21/n and signal linked to residual carbon in not detected. The crystal size decreased in a row with addition of carbon concentrations. The crystal size of Na2MnPO4F with 7 wt % carbon addition is 137,09 nm. SEM-EDX analysis shows that the higher of carbon concentration the carbon distribution tends to be more homogeneous. PSA analysis shows that NMPF/C particle size is getting smaller and the particle size distribution tends to be homogeneous along with the addition of carbon concentration. FTIR analysis shows the functional group obtained is Mn-O stretching, PO4 stretching, dan C-C stretching.
