Abstract

Listrik merupakan kebutuhan yang penting bagi manusia dalam kehidupan dan juga sebagai pendukung utama kegiatan usaha yang dimana listrik sebagai faktor yang bisa memenuhi kebutuhan sosial masyarakat, maka dari itu dalam memenuhi kebutuhan akan listrik perlu ditopang dengan penyediaan listrik yang mumpuni. pada proses pembangkit yang merupakan salah satu proses utama penyediaan listrik. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan adalah PT XYZ belum melakukan klasifikasi spare parts secara benar dan dalam kebijakan pengendalain persediaan spare parts belum memepertimbangkan target service level sehingga menyebabkan tidak dapat memeprediksi perfomansi dari service level, dan PT XYZ melakukan overstock dikarenakan dikhawatirkan terjadinya kekurangan stok ketika terdapat mesin yang membutuhkan spare parts yang dimana dapat menyebabkan biaya persediaan menjadi tinggi. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi, dilakukan metode klasifikasi spare parts yang mempertimbangkan tingkat kekritisan dengan faktor consequences, anticipation, effect of stockout, dan cost yaitu Reliability Centered Spares (RCS). Dan mempertimbangkan biaya penggunaan material dalam rentang waktu tertentu yaitu klasifikasi ABC. Dan mempertimbangkan laju konsumsi suatu material atau pergerakkan material dari pendataan di gudang, dilakukan dengan melihat dua parameter yaitu nilai average stay dan consumption rate yaitu klasifikasi FSN. Kemudian dalam menentukan metode pengendalian persediaan yang tepat dibutuhkan perhitungan ADI-CV. Selanjutnya dilakukan simulasi monte carlo pada kebijakan kondisi eksisting dan pada kebijakan perbaikan yang menggunakan pendekatan Continuous review. Performansi pada kebijakan pengendalian persediaan ditinjau dari ketercapaian service level dan total biaya persediaan yang dihasilkan. Dari hasil yang didapatkan spareparts 39.001.029.0003 kondisi continuous review (s,Q) nilai service level menglami peningkatan 14% dari kondisi eksisting yang semula 86% menjadi 100%. Begitu juga dengan total biaya persedian menglami penurunan dari Rp1.016.726.880 menjadi Rp400.932.786.

The problem faced by the company is that PT XYZ has not properly classified spare parts and has not considered the target service level in its spare parts inventory control policy, causing it to be unable to predict the performance of the service level, and PT XYZ overstocking due to fears There is a shortage of stock when there is a machine that requires spare parts. which can lead to high inventory costs. In overcoming the problems faced, the spare parts classification method is carried out which considers the level of criticality with the consequences, anticipation, effect of stockout, and cost factors, namely Reliability Centered Spares (RCS). And consider the cost of material use within a certain time span, namely the ABC classification. And considering the rate of consumption of a material or the movement of materials from data collection in the warehouse, it is done by looking at two parameters, namely the average stay value and the consumption rate. namely the FSN classification. Then in determining the method proper inventory control required ADI-CV calculation. Furthermore, monte carlo simulation is carried out on the existing condition policy and on the improvement policy using the Continuous review approaches. Performance on inventory control policies in terms of service level achievement and total inventory costs produced. The performance of the inventory control policy is viewed from the service level achievement and the total cost of the resulting inventory. From the results obtained spare parts 39,001,029,0003 in continuous review condition (s, Q) the value of service level has increased 14% from the existing condition which was originally 86% to 100%. Likewise, the total cost of inventories decreased from Rp. 1,016,726,880 to Rp. 400,932,786.
