Abstract

Kawasan perkantoran di Jalan Gayung Kebonsari Raya merupakan pusat perkantoran di wilayah Surabaya yang menjadi penghasil emisi karbon dioksida (CO2). Emisi karbon dioksida (CO2) menjadi penyebab utama pencemaran udara yang menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif, salah satunya berdampak pada kesehatan masyarakat. Salah satu cara untuk mereduksi emisi CO2 adalah dengan ruang terbuka hijau (RTH). Penelitian ini menganalisa fluktuasi konsentrasi CO2 dalam selang waktu tertentu selama 12 jam, dan menetapkan model persamaan dalam mereduksi CO2 di kawasan perkantoran di Jalan Gayung Kebonsari Raya Surabaya.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model box. Pengukuran konsentrasi CO2 udara ambien dilakukan selama 12 jam dengan pengulangan sebanyak 6 kali pada 9 titik sampling yang dilakukan pada Hari Senin dan Hari Rabu. Untuk menghitung nilai reduksi CO2 digunakan metode integrasi dan diferensiasi. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh unsur ruang terhadap serapan CO2 serta perumusan persamaan model vegetasi yang ideal digunakan metode analisis korelasi dan regresi.
Hasil konsentrasi CO2 rata-rata pada satu kawasan perkantoran jalan Gayung Kebonsari Raya Surabaya sebesar 400 ppmV, nilai ini berada di atas rata-rata baku mutu yang ditetapkan WHO. Konsentrasi rata-rata CO2 terhadap proporsi vegetasi dan non vegetasi memiliki korelasi yang signifikan. Proporsi vegetasi memiliki hubungan berbanding terbalik dengan konsentrasi CO2, sedangkan proporsi non vegetasi memiliki hubungan berbanding lurus terhadap konsentrasi CO2.
Uji korelasi menunjukkan proporsi vegetasi, jalan dan lahan parkir signifikan terhadap Net-CO2 dengan R2 masing-masing sebesar 0,935; 0,494. Sedangkan badan air, dan bangunan tidak signifikan dengan R2 sebesar 0,002; 0,084 . Model persamaan vegetasi berdasarkan Net-CO2 adalah Net-CO2 = -47,63 vegetasi + 5,76 Jal

The office area at Gayung Kebonsari Raya street is an office center in Surabaya that contributes to carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. Carbon dioxide emissions are the main cause of air pollution which causes various negative impact, one of that affects public health. One of the ways to reduce CO2 emissions is by providing open green space. This study aims to analyzes fluctuations of CO2 concentration within a certain time interval for 12 hours and obtains an equation model in reducing CO2 on the area.
This research used the box model as the method. CO2 concentration in ambient air was measured for 12 hours, with 6 repetitions at 9 sampling points on Monday and Wednesday. To calculate the CO2 reduction value, integration and differentiation methods are used. To determine the effects of space elements on CO2 absorption and the formulation of the ideal vegetation model equation, correlation, and regression analysis methods are used.
As the result, the average CO2 concentration in the office area was 400 ppmV. The value was above the standard quatlity set by WHO. The average of CO2 concentration has a significant correlation with the proportion of vegetation and non-vegetation. The proportion of vegetation has an inverse relationship with the concentration of CO2, while the proportion of non-vegetation has a directly proprtional relationship to the concentration of CO2. From the correlation test, the proportion of vegetaton, roads, and parking areas are significant with Net CO2 as R2 0,935; 0,494 respectively. While water bodies and buildings are not significant with Net CO2 as 0,002; 0,084 respectively . The equation model for vegetation based on Net CO2 is Net CO2= –47,63 (vegetation) + 5,76 (roads and parking areas) – 18,79.
