Abstract
Fasilitas kesehatan harus selalu dikembangkan dan
diimplementasikan baik itu di industri farmasi maupun perguruan tinggi,
salah satunya kampus Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. Dalam
pengembangan tempat tidur bertekanan negatif terdapat parameter –
parameter penting yang harus diperhatikan diantaranya tekanan negatif,
computer fan, diameter inlet, dan negative pressure unit. Selain analisa
parameter diatas juga terdapat desain blueprint.
Pada tugas akhir ini terdapat tahapan pada proses penelitian
diantanya menganalisa sumber literlatur dan beberapa jurnal , selanjutnya
pengambilan data untuk mengetahui airflow yang digunakan. Tahap
selanjutnya mendesain geometri menggunaan software CAD. Geometri
tersebut selanjutnya dilakukan proses meshing dan menentukan boundary
condition. Tahap terakhir dilakukan proses iterasi pada software simulasi,
software yang digunakan ialah Ansys. Setelah dilakukan proses simulasi
dilakukan analisa pada hasil simulasi (post-processing).
Hasil simulasi yang didapatkan berupa kecepatan inlet dan
tekanan negatif dari variasi Airflow computer fan yang digunakan.
Airflow computer fan yang digunakan antara lain sebagai berikut
diantaranya 20.7cfm , 24cfm, 31.4cfm dan 32.6cfm.

Health facilities must always be developed and implemented
both in the pharmaceutical industry and universities, one of which is the
campus of Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology. In the development
of negative pressurized beds there are important parameters that must be
considered including negative pressure, computer fan, diameter inlet, and
negative pressure unit. In addition to the analysis of the parameters above
there is also a blueprint design.
In this final task there are stages in the research process to
analyze the source of literlatur and several journals, then take data to find
out the airflow used. The next stage of designing geometry uses CAD
software. The geometry is then done the meshing process and determine
the boundary condition. The last stage is done the iteration process on the
simulation software, the software that I use is Ansys. After the simulation
process is done analysis on the results of the simulation (post-processing).
The simulation result is in the form of inlet speed and negative
pressure from the variation of Airflow computer fan used. Airflow
computer fan used among others as follows include 20.7cfm, 24cfm,
31.4cfm and 32.6cfm.
