Abstract

Proyek buket elevator kapasitas 300 ton/jam ini diperuntukkan bagi PT. Sreeya Sewu Indonesia Tbk, Sidoarjo. Bucket elevator yang akan dibuat memiliki tinggi 12 meter, lebar body 0.3 – 0.4 meter dan panjang body 0.6 – 1 meter. Bucket elevator ini difungsikan sebagai alat pemindah material yang gagal produksi guna meningkatkan produktifitas PT. Sreeya Sewu Indonesia. CV INTAN WELL ditunjuk sebagai kontraktor engineering yang menyelesaikan pembuatan bucket elevator.
Proyek bucket elevator dilakukan perancangan manajemen ruang lingkup dengan menggunakan Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) dan Project Charter. Dilanjutkan perencanaan manajemen waktu menggunakan Critical Path Method (CPM), perencanaan manajemen sumber daya dan biaya yang diperlukan, serta perancangan teknis proyek bucket elevator dengan pengujian performa mesin untuk memastikan performa yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan permintaan.
Perancangan ini berupa project scope, project cost, project time, performa mesin dan perbandingan antara perencanaan proyek dengan aktualisasi proyek. Pembuatan bucket elevator dengan tinggi 12 meter dan kapasitas 300 ton/jam membutuhkan waktu penyelesaian 44 hari dengan total biaya sebesar Rp. 75,984,525.- dan anggaran biaya proyek sebesar Rp. 100.000.000. Performa Mesin Bucket elevator yang dihasilkan pada Variabel Kontrol 1500 RPM dan Volume Bucket 0.7077 dm3 didapatkan hasil percobaan massa material (m = 0.39 kg), Losses (L = 330.88 Kg), persentase pengisian bucket (PB = 89.511 %), waktu yang diperlukan (t = 114.1 s), Kapasitas (Q = 0.877 Kg/s atau 3.157 ton/h), kecepatan (v = 0.428 m/s), Efisiensi bucket elevator (η = 89.519%).

The bucket elevator project with a capacity of 300 tons/hour is intended for PT. Sreeya Sewu Indonesia Tbk, Sidoarjo. The bucket elevator that will be build has a height of 12 meters, a body width of 0.3 - 0.4 meters, and a body length of 0.6 - 1 meter. This bucket elevator functioned as a material transfer tool of failed products to increase the productivity of PT. Sreeya Sewu Indonesia. CV INTAN WELL was appointed as the engineering contractor who completes the construction of the bucket elevator.
The bucket elevator project is designed with scope management using the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Project Charter, the time management using the Critical Path Method, resource and cost management required, and technical design for the bucket elevator project with a machine performance test to ensure the result performance as requested. This design is in the form of project scope, project cost, project time, machine performance, and comparison between project planning and project actualization.
Making a bucket elevator with a height of 12 meters and a capacity of 300 tons/hour takes 44 days to complete with a total cost of Rp. 75,984,525.- and the project budget is Rp. 100,000,000. Bucket Elevator Machine Performance at Control Variable 1500 RPM and Bucket Volume 0.7077 dm3 the experimental results obtained are material mass (m = 0.39 kg), Losses (L = 330.88 Kg), bucket filling percentage (PB = 89.511%), time required (t = 114.1 s), Capacity (Q = 0.877 Kg/s or 3,157 tons/h), speed (v = 0.428 m/s), Efficiency of bucket elevator (η = 89,519%).
