Abstract
Liqui Moly merupakan perusahaan oli & aditif nomor satu buatan Germany yang sudah berdiri 1957 dan tersebar di seluruh dunia. Pada saat magang di Liqui Moly team Nogogeni mengikuti kompetisi tahunan dari Formula Student of Automotive Engineering (FSAE) yang diadakan di Austalia dengan perserta yang diikuti seluruh mahasiswa di seluruh dunia. Pada laporan magang memiliki tujuan mengetahui proses perancangan system aerodynamic dan mengetahui proses Analisa udara pada system aerodynamic. System aerodynamic meliputi body, front wing, side wing dan rear wing. Penambahan front wing, side wing dan rear wing pada mobil formula sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan performa aerodinamika mobil tanpa harus menambah massa. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan software CAD kemudian di simulasi di software CFD. Dari hasil analisa simulasi aliran udara (CFD) didapatkan Hasil frontal area 1.93 m, maximal pressure 101,7 KPa, minimal pressure 100,8 KPa, gaya drag 244,9 N, gaya lift -272,7 N, CD 0,46, CL -0,51.

Liqui Moly is germany's number one oil & additive company established in 1957 and spread around the world. During the internship at Liqui Moly team Nogogeni participated in the annual competition of Formula Student of Automotive Engineering (FSAE) held in Austalia with participants followed by all students around the world. In the internship report has the purpose of knowing the process of designing aerodynamic systems and knowing the process of air analysis on aerodynamic systems. Aerodynamic systems include body, front wing, side wing and rear wing. The addition of front wing, side wing and rear wing in formula cars as a solution to improve the aerodynamic performance of the car without having to increase the mass. In this study using CAD software then in simulation in CFD software. From the results of airflow simulation analysis (CFD) obtained frontal area results of 1.93 m, maximal pressure 101.7 KPa, minimum pressure 100.8 KPa, force drag 244.9 N, force lift -272.7 N, CD 0.46, CL -0.51.
