Abstract
Air Lindi adalah air yang dihasilkan dari timbulan sampah. Lindi memiliki ciri nilai BOD yang rendah, COD yang tinggi, kandungan logam berat yang besar dan kompleks, berwarna coklat kehitaman, banyak patogen dan memiliki nilai pH sekitar 6 – 9. Permasalahan yang terjadi di TPA Gunung Panggung Tuban adalah tidak semua air lindi yang dihasilkan masuk ke dalam unit instalasi perngolahan. Perencanaan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian desain pengolahan lindi TPA Gunung Panggung berdasarkan peraturan serta menganalisis sistem pengoperasian pengolahan lindi eksisting.
Metode perencanaan IPL TPA mempertimbangkan kuantitas dan kualitas lindi yang dihasilkan. Perhitungan debit lindi menggunakan metode Thronwaite dan kualitas lindi melalui analisa laboratorium. Berdasarkan hasil sampling kualitas lindi yang tidak terolah didapatkan nilai TSS (129,4mg/l), BOD5 (346,7 mg/l), COD (3021 mg/l), untuk kualitas lindi yang masuk ke IPL didapatkan nilai : TSS (125,3 mg/l), BOD5 (1321 mg/l), COD (8204 mg/l). Hasil yang diperoleh digunakan untuk evaluasi kinerja pengolahan lindi eksisting dan untuk merencanakan alternatif pengolahan lindi yang sesuai.
Hasil evaluasi dari bangunan Kolam Stabilisasi menunjukkan bahwa bangunan eksisting sudah sesuai dengan kriteria desain namun belum mampu untuk mengolah semua lindi yang dihasilkan. Hasil perencanaan menunjukan debit total sebesar 28,3 m3/hari. Kualitas influent memiliki rasio COD/BOD yang rendah. Unit instalsi pengolahan lindi direncanakan terdiri dari bak ekualisasi dengan ukuran 2,17 m; 2,17 m; 1,8m, bangunan koagulasi 0,6 m; 0,6 m; 1 m, bangunan flokulasi dengan 3 kompartemen (2,7m; 0,9 m; 0,5 m), bak pengendap 2,5 m; 1,5 m; 2 m, Anaerobik Filter 8,75 m; 2,25 m; 2,5m, constructed wetland 28 m; 7,5 m; 1,45 m dengan efisiensi BOD, COD, TSS, Total N masing-masing adalah 98,8%., 98.9%, 97,9%,89,5%.

Leachate is water produced from landfill area. Leachate has a low BOD value, high COD, large and complex heavy metal content, dark brown color, many pathogens and has a pH value of around 6 – 9. The problem that occurs in the Gunung Panggung Landfill Tuban is that not all leachate which produced go to installation unit. This plan aims to determine the suitability of the leachate treatment design at the Gunung Panggung landfill based on regulations and to analyze the operating system for the existing leachate treatment.
The planning method considers the quantity and quality of the leachate produced. Calculation of leachate discharge using the Thronwaite method and leachate quality through laboratory analysis. Based on the results of the quality sampling of untreated leachate, the value of TSS (129.4mg/l), BOD5 (346.7 mg/l), COD (3021 mg/l), for the quality of leachate entering IPL was obtained: TSS (125 ,3 mg/l), BOD5 (1321 mg/l), COD (8204 mg/l). The results obtained are used to evaluate the performance of the existing leachate treatment and to plan suitable alternative leachate treatment.
The results of the evaluation of the Stabilization Pond building indicate that the existing building complies with the design criteria but has not been able to process all the leachate produced. The planning results show a total discharge of 28.3 m3/day. Influent quality has a low COD/BOD ratio. The leachate treatment installation unit is planned to consist of an equalization tank with a size of 2.17 m; 2.17 m; 1.8m, coagulation 0.6m; 0.6m; 1 m, flocculation with 3 compartments 2.7 m; 0.9 m; 0.5 m, settling basin 2.5 m; 1.5 m; 2 m, Anaerobic Filter 8.75 m; 2.25 m; 2.5 m, constructed wetland 28 m; 7.5 m; 1.45 m with the efficiency of BOD, COD, TSS, Total N respectively 98.8%., 98.9%, 97,9%, 89,5%.
