Abstract

Kilang PPSDM Migas Cepu merupakan kilang tertua di Indonesia, dan selama lebih dari satu abad telah ikut mewarnai perkembangan sejarah perminyakan dan gas bumi di Indonesia. Kilang PPSDM Migas merupakan unit pengolahan minyak bumi dengan kapasitas terpasang 3,800 bbl/day atau 600 m3/hari dengan mengolah crude oil dari PT. Pertamina EP Asset 4 Field Cepu. Kilang PPSDM Migas merupakan unit Distilasi Atmosferik (Crude Distilling Atmospheric) yang merupakan primary processing dalam pengolahan minyak bumi. Produk yang dihasilkan Kilang PPSDM Migas Cepu adalah solar, residu, pertasol CA, pertasol CB dan pertasol CC.
Pada proyek akhir ini data yang digunakan untuk evaluasi ulang pompa sentrifugal untuk proses produksi fluida crude oil berdasarkan data yang ada dan kondisi yang dibutuhkan pihak Kilang PPSDM Migas Cepu saat ini. Pada perhitungan evaluasi ulang menggunakan 2 metode perhitungan yaitu perhitungan analitis dan numerik menggunakan software Pipe Flow Expert. Proyek ahir ini juga menganalisa kerusakan yang terjadi pada pompa crude oil P.100/04.
Pada perhitungan evaluasi ulang pada instalasi ini didapatkan kapasitas untuk pompa crude oil dengan kapasitas 25 m3/jam dengan head effektif 63,61 m serta didapatkan daya motor sebesar 9 kW. Sehingga dari hasil perhitungan-perhitungan tersebut dapat dipilih pompa sentrifugal model NT/NS 2/32-200 merk Allweiler Pump. Sedangkan Penyebab terjadinya kebocoran mechanical seal yaitu sering terjadinya vibrasi yang tinggi disertai suara bising pada pompa. Hal ini disebabkan oleh O-ring yang mengalami keretakan, dan keausan pada beberapa part mechanical seal karena umur pakai komponen sudah melebihi batas yang ditentukan..Oleh karena itu Perlu mengutamakan peranan pemeliharaan secara terjadwal pada komponen-komponen mechanical seal untuk memperpanjang umur komponen mechanical seal dan menjaga peralatan agar dapat bekerja dengan baik dan optimal.

PPSDM Migas Cepu refinery is the oldest refinery in
Indonesia, and for more than a century it has colored the historical development of oil and gas in Indonesia. PPSDM Migas refinery is a petroleum processing unit with an installed capacity of 3,800 bbl/day or 600 m3/day by processing crude oil from PT. Pertamina EP Asset 4 Field Cepu. PPSDM Oil and Gas Refinery is an Atmospheric Distillation Unit (Crude Distilling Atmospheric) which is the primary processing in petroleum processing. The products produced by the Cepu Oil and Gas PPSDM Refinery are diesel, residue, CA pertasol, CB pertasol and CC pertasol.
In this final project, the data used for re-evaluation of centrifugal pumps for the production process of crude oil fluid is based on existing data and the conditions required by the Cepu Oil and Gas PPSDM Refinery at this time. In the calculation of reevaluation using 2 calculation methods, namely analytical and
numerical calculations using pipe flow expert software. This final project also analyzes the damage that occurred to the crude oil pump P.100/04
In the re-evaluation calculation at this installation, the capacity for crude oil pumps with a capacity of 25 m3/hour with an effective head of 63,61 m is obtained and the motor power is 9 kW. So from the results of these calculations can be selected centrifugal pump model NT/NS 2/32-200 Merk Allweiler Pump. While the cause of mechanical seal leakage is the frequent occurrence of high vibrations accompanied by noise at the pump.
This is caused by the O-ring experiencing cracks, and wear and tear on some mechanical seal parts because the service life of the components has exceeded the specified limit. Therefore, it is necessary to prioritize the role of scheduled maintenance on mechanical seal components to extend the life of mechanical seal components. and maintain equipment in order to work properly and optimally
