Abstract
COVID-19 merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Penyebaran virus COVID-19 sangat cepat hingga ke 204 negara di dunia termasuk di Indonesia. Penyebaran virus COVID-19 di Indonesia sangat cepat, termasuk di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Informasi terkait penyebaran virus COVID-19 di Jawa Timur dapat diketahui pada media online atau peta persebaran pemerintah provinsi Jawa Timur. Namun penyampaian informasi tersebut hanya terbatas pada jumlah kasus COVID-19 dan persentase angka dari masing-masing kabupaten di Jawa Timur. Penyampaian informasi saat ini hanya menyampaikan jumlah kasus harian per kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Selain itu, masyarakat belum bisa membandingkan jumlah kasus virus COVID-19 terhadap kabupaten dengan kabupaten tetangganya di Jawa Timur. Masyarakat juga tidak mengetahui jumlah kasus virus COVID-19 di suatu kabupaten berdampak pada kabupaten tetangganya pada kurun waktu tertentu. Visualisasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah dalam mengambil kebijakan yang tepat dalam mencegah penyebaran virus COVID-19 di Jawa Timur. Untuk mengukur perbandingan selisih dan rerata dari masing-masing kabupaten dengan tetangga di Jawa Timur menggunakan Uji grafik Bland-Altman Plot. Grafik ini berhasil digunakan untuk mengetahui komparabilitas antara kasus harian COVID-19 pada masing-masing kabupaten/kota dengan tetangganya yang ditandai dengan jumlah dot atau titik sebar di luar batas kesepakatan. Sedangkan, uji Korelasi Pearson berhasil digunakan untuk mengetahui kekuatan hubungan antara kasus harian COVID-19 pada masing-masing kabupaten/kota dengan tetangganya.

COVID-19 is a disease caused by the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The spread of the COVID-19 virus is swift, reaching 204 countries in the world, including Indonesia. The spread of the COVID-19 virus in Indonesia is very fast, including in East Java Province. Information related to the spread of the COVID-19 virus in East Java can be found on online media or the distribution map of the East Java provincial government. However, the delivery of this information is only limited to the number of COVID-19 cases and the percentage of numbers from each district in East Java. Presenting information only conveys the number of daily cases per district in East Java Province. In addition, the public has not been able to compare the number of cases of the COVID-19 virus in the district with its neighboring districts in East Java. The public also does not know that the number of cases of the COVID-19 virus in a district has an impact on neighboring districts at a specific time. This visualization is expected to help the government in taking the right policies to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus in East Java.
Bland-Altman Plot graph test.to measure the difference and the mean of each district with its neighbors in East Java. This graph was successfully used to determine the comparability between the daily cases of COVID-19 in each district/city and its neighbors, which is indicated by the number of dots or scatter points outside the agreement limit. Meanwhile, the Pearson Correlation test was successfully used to determine the strength of the relationship between daily COVID-19 cases in each district/city and its neighbors.
