Abstract
PT X adalah salah satu perusahaan properti terbesar di Indonesia dengan 465 supervisor dan lebih dari 4000 staf. Untuk menjaga kinerjanya, penting untuk mengelola sumber daya manusia PT X dengan mengelola kompetensi karyawan. Pelatihan dilakukan dalam rangka mengisi gap kompetensi yang diinginkan dengan kompetensi yang ada saat ini, yang berujung pada peningkatan kinerja. Untuk memastikan pelatihan yang dilakukan sesuai dengan kebutuhan, maka perlu dilakukan Training Need Identification yaitu suatu metode untuk mengidentifikasi pelatihan berdasarkan unsur Organisasi, Tugas, dan Personil. Saat ini PT X belum melakukan pendekatan analisis kamus kompetensi dengan menggunakan Training Need Identification untuk merancang kegiatan pelatihannya. Tugas Akhir ini akan membantu PT X dalam melakukan Training Need Identification berdasarkan kamus kompetensi yang ada untuk jabatan tertentu. Proses untuk melakukan Training Need Identification meliputi, mengidentifikasi tujuan dan kamus kompetensi, mengidentifikasi permintaan pelatihan, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan, membuat silabus dan kurikulum, dan menarik kesimpulan. Dengan melakukan Training Need Identification, 41 topik pelatihan diidentifikasi dan 7 kegiatan pelatihan dihasilkan. Selanjutnya dibuat silabus dan kurikulum untuk membantu PT X dalam melakukan pelatihan. Hasilnya adalah 14 silabus untuk 14 kompetensi dan 7 kurikulum untuk staf dan 7 kurikulum untuk supervisor.

PT X is one of the biggest corporations in the property industry in Indonesia with 465 supervisors and over 4000 staff. In order to maintain its performance, it is important to manage the human capital of PT X by managing employees’ competencies. Training is done in order to fill the gap of desired competencies and current competencies, which resulted in increasing performance. In order to ensure that training conducted is according to the needs of all parties within the company, it is important to conduct a Training Need Identification which is a method to identify training based on the elements of the Organization, the Task, and the Personnel. Currently, PT X have not yet taken a competence dictionary analysis approach using Training Need Identification to design their training activity. This Final Project will help PT X in conducting Training Need Identification based on the existing competency dictionary for certain job levels and positions. The process to do Training Need Identification includes, identifying objective and competency dictionary, identifying training requests, identifying training needs, creating syllabus and curriculum, and drawing conclusions. Through Training Need Identification, 41 training topics are identified and 7 training activities are generated. Furthermore, syllabus and curriculum were created to assist PT X in conducting the training. The results are 14 syllabus for 14 competencies and 7 curriculum for staff and 7 curriculum for supervisors.
