Abstract
PT.Pal Indonesia (Persero) merupakan salah satu industri strategis yang bergerak pada galangan kapal. Pada project report ini kapal yang dibangun yaitu kapal cepat rudal 60M W300 Dan W301. Salah satu proses yang penting dalam pembangunan kapal yaitu Pra-Alignment Shaft Propeller. Dalam Pra-Alignment shaft propeller, divisi kapal perang PT.Pal Indonesia (Persero) menggunakan kawat wire sebagai simulator shaft propeller. Pada keaadan aktualnya, kawat wire sering putus dikarenakan terkena percikan api las sehingga menurunkan tingkat efektivitas pembangunan kapal. Alat lain yang dapat dipakai sebagai referensi simulator shaft propller yaitu laser. Karena sifat laser yang lurus sehingga dapat menjadi simulasi shaft propeller

PT. Pal Indonesia (Persero) is one of the strategic industries engaged in shipbuilding. In this project report, the ships built is Kapal Cepat Rudal 60M W300 and W301 . One of the important processes in shipbuilding is the Pra-Alignment Shaft Propeller. In the Pra-Alignment shaft propeller, the warship division of PT. Pal Indonesia (Persero) uses wire as a propeller shaft simulator. In actual conditions, the wires often break due to welding sparks, thereby reducing the effectiveness of shipbuilding. Another tool that can be used as a reference for the shaft propeller simulator is a laser. Because the nature of the laser is straight so it can be a simulation of the propeller shaft.
