Abstract

Pneumatik yang dikoordinasikan dengan PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) merupakan pengembangan dari relay control system, dan memiliki kelebihan mudah di program, program dapat diatur tanpa menyetuh wiring, simpel dan perawatannya murah. Sehingga, guna meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi sistem elektropneumatik dimodifikasi menjadi pneumatik berbasis PLC.
Pada tugas akhir ini sistem elektropneumatik yang terdapat di workbook FESTO dimodifikasi yang awalnya otomasinya menggunakan relay diganti dengan menggunakan PLC FEC-FC34, Sirkuit penumatik dan diagram notasi pada percobaan ini diambil dari buku “electropneumatics workbook advanced level TP 202”. kemudian sirkuit elektrik dimodifikasi sesuai diagram notasi dan dilakukan pengecekan sirkuit elektrik dengan simulasi pada software Fluidsim. Jika simulasi menunjukkan sirkuit berjalan sesuai diagram notasi, sirkuit dapat diubah menjadi ladder diagram. Namun jika tidak, sirkuit diperbaiki dahulu.
Hasil dari sirkuit elektrik yang telah dimodifikasi dan diubah menjadi ladder diagram semuanya bisa bergerak sesuai diagram notasi. Pada percobaan 6, 8 dan 10 tidak bisa direalisasikan karena kurangnya port pada PLC, sementara untuk percobaan 9 tidak bisa dilakukan karena kurangnya jumlah silinder yang ada di laboratorium.

Pneumatics coordinated with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is a development of relay control system, and has the advantages of being easy to program, programmable without touching wiring, simple and inexpensive to maintain. Thus, in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the electropneumatic system, it was modified to a PLC-based pneumatic.
In this final project, the electropneumatic system contained in the FESTO workbook was modified which initially used a relay to be automated by using a FEC-FC34 PLC, the pneumatic circuit and the notation diagram in this experiment were taken from the book "electropneumatics workbook advanced level TP 202". Then modify the electrical circuit according to the notation diagram and check the electrical circuit with a simulation on the Fluidsim software. If the simulation shows the circuit has run according to the notation diagram, the circuit can be directly converted into a ladder diagram. But if not, the circuit must be repaired first.
The results of electrical circuits that have been modified and converted into ladder diagrams can all move according to the notation diagram. Experiments 6, 8 and 10 could not be realized because of the lack of ports on the PLC, while for experiment 9 it could not be done because of the lack of cylinders in the laboratory.
